i ordered on online for delivery. they took nearly twice the time than quoted. i called 10 minutes after the due time and was told it was running late but keeping warm in the hot box. the quality of the product i received was poor as it had been sitting in the hot box for at least 30 minutes before it was delivered. no apology or offer of retribution was given. i have not ordered from them since and don't intend to int he future.

i had to replace a pile of bolts for my dexion racking. tbhey were more tha helpful and matched the sample that i had. because i needed a large quantity they gave me bulk packs that are normaly for their trade customers. couldnt have asked for better service and prices.

i pay my insurance by the month, making it a lot more affordable. when I have had the unfortunate experience of making a claim on either my household contents or my car insurance they have been very accommodating, prompt, polite and efficient. i could not have asked for a better service.

tom and kylie know their product and suit their customers needs accordingly. they are honest, prompt, polite and their good old country hospitality is hard to beat. they have worked on a number of my cars for a number of years and I could not fault them. why look elsewhere when the best value and service is this local, family owned and run business. my only regret is that i am no longer in the state and have to look elsewhere for the work to be completed on my car.
