Staff were very professional, clean and respectful of property. Would definitely recommend company to anyone. Staff were very keen and willing to take on a rather hard job (unlike many of the other companies that claimed they were able to do the job on their website but weren't willing when contacted).

Made a morning booking with Europcar but when I turned up to pick up the vehicle it wasn't there. A little upset because I had to reschedule appointments. Staff endeavored to find a replacement vehicle but were unable to do so in the time required. Staff called after an hour of waiting to advise. I had to rebook for another day. If booking with this company, call the night before to ensure the vehicle is in the yard. Company should print out vehicle checklist the night before to ensure they don't waste customers time.

Excellent service provided by the staff at Bristol Paint Bundoora. I was looking to do simple renovations on my home and the lady behind the counter provided outstanding service. Staff were all patient, pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone that is not an expert.

Attended an "Open for inspection" (Rental) two times with this real estate and both times Barry Plant Property Managers did not show up. If I were looking to employ the services of a Rental Agent I would not choose Barry Plant Preston. Landlords go elsewhere.

Ambled into the menswear section looking for a new pair of jeans. When we were unable to find the appropriate size we gestured the sales person for assistance. He looked at us, flicked his head and indicated that all stock was in front of us and choosing the right size was up to the buyer. Then he just walked off. Have been to David Jones menswear city store where staff measure and suggest alternative brands to suit. Expected a little more help.

We purchased a new Latex Mattress (Madison Apollo) from Captain Snooze when it was on special. Good to sleep on at first but about 6 months later develops a sag where you lie down and a mountain in the middle. Staff neglect to mention that you cannot move the bed (at all).

It took 2 struggling delivery men to roll the package onto the street then inside the house. Once inside my partner had to assist them in bringing the Latex mattress into the bedroom. It was totally unmanageable as it was extremely heavy and just sank and slipped out of your hands. Gripping the bed was impossible as it lacked effective handles. The mattress was finally dumped in the doorway of the bedroom. It took my partner 1 hour to put the mattress onto its base. It was that heavy.

With so much hype about safety in the workplace, obviously Occupation Health and Safety does not apply to these poor delivery guys who obviously struggle with delivering this product. My advise, is to buy a lighter more manageable mattress, one that can easily be lifted and moved around. Sheets were also impossible to find anywhere else but Captain snooze.

Overall, staff at Captain Snooze were very polite and helpful. I would purchase from this store again but would not purchase a Latex mattress due to its inflexibility, floppy construction, sleep indentations and chemical odor (bed smells for about 2 months). The bed is now stuck in the bedroom leaving us to wonder how we will ever move it.

Collingwood Children's farm is a great experience for toddlers. For people that live in the inner suburbs it is nice to experience open space so close to the city. There are limited animals to see when compared to Bundoora Children's Farm.
Would be nice if there was a little more hands on activities and small enclosures for children to learn by touching.
Certain staff need to revise customer service skills. One male staff member was leading a paying group session and when a small child (not from the tour) approached him for some chicken grain he sent the toddler away saying "these people are paying to feed the animals go feed the chicken's over there" (but there were no chicken's on the other side). A little inconsiderate and didn't look very nice to other visitors tagging on not realizing that a group session was in progress. Also, waited at the entrance window for 5 minutes wanting to buy some fresh eggs (with same male staff member behind the counter) but he never opened the window or acknowledged people waiting. Simply ignored myself and another lady wanting to pay to enter. Overall a good experience for small children. Perhaps group sessions should be clearly separated otherwise onlookers presume it is all part of the farms interactive service.

Generally a good clinic to attend. Waiting time is dependent on the doctor you see and can range from on time to waiting up to 1 hour. I have had to wait long periods in the past but on the one occasion I was 5 minutes late reception asked if I could reschedule. I believed this to be a little unfair at the time. Doctor's service is generally professional and accurate. The good thing about this clinic is that a nurse is available to take blood etc.. so you don't have to make a separate trip to pathology.
