This review is for Soul Communications, Melbourne VIC

Generally Soul has provided us with a satisfactory level of service. Teleconsulting sales calls are very regular (border on harassment). We recently received another call from an employee saying that our plan was becoming obselite in June 09 and that it was imperative she change our current plan to a more expensive plan immediately. When we told the staff member that we will be researching into other deals from other companies, she panicked and said we could remain on our current plan indefinitely.
While I understand sales need to be generated it isn't very nice to mislead and lie to existing customers in order to meet sales targets.
Soul has also recently sent us a letter saying that a fee will be charged for paper invoices and that they "invite you" to register for EBill. This is not an invitation. Not much choice is given especially when a $3 fee is applied.

This review is for Maternal and Child Health Care Line, Melbourne VIC

The Maternal and Child Health Care Line in theory is a good idea and is great if you are not in a hurry for advice. If you are concerned and want immediate piece of mind for the well being of your child the waiting time is unreasonable. Waiting time sometimes exceeds 45 minutes. On two separate occasions, I have also had troubles getting through to the waiting queue due to the phone self service prompts malfunctioning.

Having only two tables occupied we decided to order 2 take away pizzas for lunch. The order took over 45 minutes to prepare and when we asked the waitress she shrugged and said she wasn't sure. When we took our order over to the park to eat, it was incorrect. Not sure how they could have got it wrong seeing that the order was so simple. The order was handed to us by a young child so we felt bad going back to complain (plus we had waited for ages for our first order the last thing we wanted to do was wait again). Overall a bad experience and would not recommend. Have not been back since.

This review is for Bundoora Park Children's Farm, Bundoora VIC

Bundoora Park Children's Farm is great for small children. There are lots of animals and small enclosures that you can wonder through. You can easily spend an entire day there. Would definitely recommend to all ages especially families with young children. The pony rides are a hit but a little short as $2.50 gets you one ride around the corral. Would also recommend to BYO lunch. Overall a great experience for everybody and a great meeting place.

Very pleasantly surprised. I would never had tried this restaurant if it had not been for a gift voucher. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an alternative restaurant experience. The whole idea seemed a little dorky at the start but those feelings were soon overridden by what I saw as a little traveling adventure through the city of Melbourne. Our waiter was very attentive. The service was amongst the best I've experienced. Would go back in a flash.

This review is for Piedimonte's IGA Supermarket & Liquor, Fitzroy North VIC

Good for basic essentials as whole shopping can get very expensive.

Customer Service rendered by the dairy staff (Mauro) needs to be addressed. My experience and interaction with this staff member has stopped me from shopping there.

The dairy staff member bumps into you with boxes while unpacking stock, doesn't move out of the way if you need something from where he is standing, continues to pack on top of you (bumping into your feet and hands) and doesn't remove out of date items from the shelf when advised that stock is no good.

Have approached same staff member to advise of spill after a slip in the diary section but staff couldn't have cared less. Approached management about lack of concern but still management has not addressed his behaviour as I have talked to other customers that have experienced the same thing and they too don't want to shop at Piedimonte's when he is there.

This review is for Xpert Door Repairs, Viewbank VIC

John from Xpert Door Repairs in Melbourne never showed up to our appointment, nor did he call. It was very infuriating, as I had to allocate my time to be available and wait for him. It was a complete waste of a morning, not to mention I would never put my trust in Xpert door repairs again. I should have followed my gut feeling and impressions about his phone manner from our initial phone call to his customer service phone number. If I had, followed my instinct, I would have never made the appointment and not have had my time wasted. My wife and I have shelved the idea of having our garage door repaired and have opted to seek a well known and reputable roller door company in Melbourne which sells new garage doors.
