I recommend Kim and Mark from Kim Alexander Builder who just completed an extensive Reno on our Paddington Queenslander.

Having come through a competitive tender process and living amongst the building I can say the following...
1. Kim's customer service philosophies and business principles are excellent. The detail he put into his quote matched our requirements and was quite forthright, trustworthy and transparent.
2. They value the quality of their finished product as they know it leads to good referrals.
3. Mark and the builders were great to have around the house and very polite, considerate and happy to be interrupted for questions etc.

I've already recommended them to friends doing a similar reno.
