We rented a one bedroom unit with this company because they were a little bit cheaper than the big resorts, but weren't a caravan park. It was a perfect detached unit overlooking the Hazards and had all of the things we needed for a self-contained unit. We were even upgraded to a nicer unit than we'd originally booked as their was a building site near the first property, We would definitely rent from these guys again next time we're in Freycinet.

We hadn't realised this motel was part of an old shopping complex and that the rooms were renovated shops! It was a bit of a surprise when we arrived, but our room was HUGE and quite comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. It was nice and private and the location was great- lots nearby and within walking distance to Salamanca market.

We were staying nearby so popped in for dinner. We were craving a seafood platter and were hesitant to get one at a pub as we weren't sure they'd use fresh seafood (which was part of the reason we wanted one). Their platter for 2 did not disappoint however! It was beautifully cooked fresh seafood, with a generous helping of tartare and chips. It wasn't too fancy, just good fresh seafood. If you're after mussels and oysters- look somewhere else. Part of the reason my partner so enjoyed this platter was because it had a range of fish and other seafood he enjoys, without the shellfish he doesn't like. The pub also had a great vibe and some good drink specials.

We had a really generous and very tasty breakfast here. It was a weekday morning but was still packed which is always a good sign. We had the French Toast with Peaches and the Parmesan and Pancetta Pancakes. Both were well made and really tasty, the pancakes had quite a kick! We were wondering why they would offer half sizes of their breakfasts, but once they came out we realised why- they were HUGE! Also had a nice coffee which was a plus.

We stopped past here whilst killing time before catching the ferry and it was a great choice! It cost $10 for a tasting plus a bottle of your choice to either have there or take away. The tasting included 6 quite large double shot? glasses of their range which varied from light fruity ciders, to quite dark hopsy ciders. There was also a pear cider. They were quite nice and it was interesting learning about how local cider is made. There was also a nice little provedore there with some local produce, and the tastiest fresh cherries which I devoured over the coming week. Worth a stop.

This was a really pleasant way to take a look around Launceston from the river. With a lot of its history surrounding its waterways, and a very knowledgeable captain, we learnt a lot about the town- from where to go for the best nature walks, to the different suburbs and local real estate! We went on the quick 1hr trip, but there were a range to choose from. A good way to suss out what else you could do whilst in Launceston.

We came here for my partners love of trains, with a little bit of extra time. The staff (many of whom are volunteers) were really friendly and had lots of interesting information about the trains and train lines throughout Tassie. We didn't wait to go on one of the train trips to the coast, but these would make for a nice day trip if you have the time, and kids! A nice stop by, especially for train enthusiasts.

This review is for Magic Massage, Broadbeach QLD

There really is a limited amount to do in Broadbeach when there are thunderstorms and your flight has been cancelled, so we went and had a massage. It really hit the spot and was cheaper than many places we are used to. The massage therapists were responsive and ensured they weren't being too hard or soft. If it's rainy, and you're looking for something to do, these guys have a nice range of services and are quite friendly.

We went on a half day kayaking trip around Coles Bay in the Freycinet National Park. It was well worth the $100 (approx.) for an adult. It was led by two girls with a great knowledge of the area which made it more than just a kayak around a bay, but interesting and informative. After hiking around the day before, it was a nice change and different perspective, especially when the cloud cleared and it was a beautiful blue day. The group was quite small as well which was nice, and at the half-way point morning tea, everyone was very friendly and chatted about where they were from. This was a good way to spend a half day before driving on to Cradle Mountain, which is only a couple of hours west.

I often hear horror stories and peoples fear of going to the dentist. I was always very lucky to have a very gentle dentist and was not looking forward to having to find a new one. Dr Jason Sebastian however, is as gentle and lovely as my previous dentist and I am SO glad I found him! He was thorough and educated me on how I could look after my teeth better. He was also very approachable and friendly, so I felt comfortable asking him things I was unsure of. This practice is also a members first provider for many health insurers, which is an added bonus when dental bills can quickly add up. Will be going here until I have no teeth left.
