I am listed on this website as a babysitter/ nanny and have found it pretty average. I receive notifications emailed to me all the time saying there are new jobs listed but then I need to go into the website, log into my profile and search for the most recent jobs, there is no link in the email. I also don't liek how it prompts me to pay to 'upgrade' my account to a premium caregiver every time I log in. As a babysitter/ nanny I shouldn't have to pay anything to be listed on the site and the premium caregiver status should be based on reviews by parents not by you paying the company money. As the parents already pay a fee to list their adds.
On a positive note, the search function is easy to use and you can refine by jobs closest to you or newly listed.

Becoming addicted to this website and logging on every day to review and check reviews! Whjat a great idea to reward people for simply giving their feedback! I also find a lot of the time the feedback is really positive which is good!
The website is easy to use and I like how you can log in through your Facebook. Just waiting to receive my first westfield giftcard now!

I go to uni at Victoria University and as a result often end up popping into the market if I need something to eat or to pick up some groceries. I find it very cheap and you can find pretty much everything you need. I'll often pop in on my lunch break to buy a few pieces of fruit and the service is always quick and don't have to wait long at all! I really like the stall that sells shampoos, soaps, hair dyes etc. It's so cheap and I always pick up some bargains there!

Really, really delicious authentic Japanese food with great variety! Food here will not disappoint, although it is a little on the pricy side!
Great location right in the heart of St Kilda and close to the beach. It's great to sit outside and enjoy a few drinks and some delicious food with friends!
I highly recommend this place but make sure you book! It gets busy!

I've been to the Golden Monkey twice now and was impressed on both occasions. First time I went for a birthday and it was quite busy but service was quick. The cocktails are delicious and there's quite a selection to choose from. They're around the $17 mark which is standard really. They also have delicious tapas dishes. I love the interior it is beautiful! They also have cucumber water at the bar which is very refreshing!

Sushi Sushi offer a large variety of rolls. They have pretty much every combination you could want. I like the brown rice rolls the best, as I find them healthier and taste better. I love the tuna and avocado and also the raw salmon. I love the booths at the sushi sushi on level one as well, great for meeting up with friends. My only criticism is it's a little on the expensive side but otherwise great!

Delicious Japanese pancakes here! Best in the centre! Just make sure they don't put too much sauce on them as it takes away from the flavour. They have mayonanaise and barbeque sauce. I also like their sushi and lately they've been having brown rice sushi which is healthier (and in my opinion) tastes better as well. They also have a large variety of drinks to choose from. Quick, efficient service.

TGI's is conveniently located in 'The Street' area of Southland. It has a varied menu with American style cuisine. It can be a little on the expensive side but none of the meals I have had have disappointed. I love their Fajita tower which you can get with chicken, beef or a combination. It comes with cheese, gauc, your choice of meat, sour cream and roasted peppers which you wwrap yourself in a tortilla.
Their happy hour is also really great value with cheap cocktails and there's so many to choose from!
One other thing I also love about TGIs is there free soft drink refills! I always get Diet Coca Cola with Cherry or Vanilla!

Intermezzo is great for dining before or after seeing a movie at southland or even if you're just shopping and want something to eat. Everything on the menu is reasonably priced and there's always something yummy on the specials board! Their parma night is really good value and it is one of the best parmas around! I also love their breakfasts, they're always fresh and really quick as well.
All the staff are really friendly and helpful as well. The best place to eat at Southland without a doubt.

I find the coffee club can be a bit hit and miss. Having in the coffees are well presented and taste good but I have had numerous crappy take aways. They make great Chai lattes, some of the best around.
I also do really enjoy their soy lattes served in a glass, but their coffees are a little on the expensive side.
I love their lifestyle breakfast! It's my favourite thing on the menu. Poached eggs with avocado and toasted turkish bread. You can also order this at anytime which is great.
I also really like how they have the calories of everything on the menu, which helps you to make a healthier choice
