Dendy Deli works well as it has a bit of everything and is open until late every night of the week. The prices are reasonable as well. Last time I was there I had the omelette, which was suprisingly very good. They also have a decent selection of wines too. The baked cheesecake is impressive and their coffees are good quality.
Service isn't fantastic but I suspect they have a high turnover of staff as they are always advertising for new staff.

I love hotel Brighton! I haven't been here in a while but every time I went it was great! The parmas are amazing! Really big and fresh, just what you would expect. If you go on Parma night too it's really cheap around $15 for a parma and a pot, wine or soft drink.
It's always busy here and the food is great. I haven't ordered anything that I haven't liked yet.
Counter service so you have to go up and order at the bar (which some people might not like). Overall it's great value and not expensive at all, which is suprising for the area!

I used to get my nails done here all the time. They are the cheapest in the area for acrylics (I think it was $28 for a full set). The quality isn't the best you'll find, I always ended up breaking one of my acrylics before the next refill. But for the price you pay it's really good. I've always been able to get an appointment when I've walked up and I've had my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted here before and the price was great for that as well.
Overall very happy. They also have a loyalty program which works well if you're a regular customer.

I am always impressed at San Sebastians! I much prefer this place to Brown Cow (across the road) which I find very overrated. San Sebastians always has fantasic service. Their coffees are great. It is also the home of the best Vanilla Slice I have ever tasted! Do yourselves a favour and try a piece! It has beautifully crumbly pastry and a rich creamy vanilla custard inside. Enjoy with a latte!

I live very close to brown cow and often find myself popping down to meet a friend for a quick coffee.
I do generally tend to stick to just that though as I find it a little overrated. Lots of Hampton and Brighton types like to go and sit outside in their 'finest gear' to be seen.
If you are ordering I would recommend the Calamari Salad which is always delicious and the vegie pizza which is also quite nice.
They do make quite a good coffee despite being slightly overpriced

I love Limonello! Their coffee is amazing! Never short of perfect. I love the veggie breakfast with avocado, eggs, mushrooms and spinach. You can add salmon to make it extra yummy!
I've also had the pancakes with berries and they were delicious. They also make very good chai lattes. Traditional style with leaves and served in a pot.
They are my favourite local cafe/ restaurant in my area

Gets busy but can bypass this by buying tickets in advance or online.
Heaps of session times with new releases usually played every hour or 2.
Often have late sessions playing on Friday and Saturday nights which is handy for when you want to skip the busy 9 o clock sessions.

Shoemaker's has really improved.
They now stock fantastic brands such as Tony Bianco, Mollini etc.
Tony Bianco shoes start at $30 which is fantastic value! I always go here to buy shoes for going out, casual etc.
I would encourage people to have a look it is one of the best value shoe stores I know.

Red Corner is easy and conveniently located right near the cinemas at southland. I always go for after work drinks or a meal. The service is always super friendly, all the girls that work there are lovely!
Some meals are better than others. The honey mustard roast chicken is delicious as is the bruschetta!
