Complete overhaul of PC as it had crashed. John was very professional and certainly knew his way around a computer. When it came back it was like using a brand new PC. It now works really well. John has a very pleasant personality and presents well. Nothing is too much trouble for him. I would recommend him to anyone requiring his services
