Went to high tea lunch with a bunch of girlfriends and I was blown away by the experience. Need to book in advanced for the high tea. The price is a bit expensive but it is worth it for special occasions. I hear that the lunch menu is just as delicious!
Fresh flowers on the table gives it that extra special touch.
The food is always fresh here, the atmosphere is a very sociable one as well. Best to go in before the peak times to get a car park in the complex. Definitely will go again as the service is always consistent.
The food is always great here, large servings so you go away pretty stuffed! Really nice social atmosphere, drinking a few beers with your friends and viewing the markets.
There are times when it can get extremely busy, especially during the weekend lunch service. If you like crowds and noise, this is the place for you. Considering where it is, it is in the heart of South Bank.
Best to go early if you don't want to wait in those long lines. As the prices are a bit exxy, this is a good place to go on special occasions or if I am craving their waffles and strawberries because it's awesome! Their chocolate and chocolate items on the menu is all delicious but their coffee is not the best.
I usually go here just for their chai teas (served in a bowl) and their new york baked cheesecake. They do a good lunch spread as well. The coffee is pretty ordinary.
The atmosphere is very cosy and intimate, especially the outdoor seating area, very secluded.
I have only been here a few times and every time the food is always fresh and amazing. The prices are almost like fine dining prices, but that's what is expected at restaurants like these. If you see a place that is always busy, you know that they make really good food!
The desserts are equally as yummy!
Many years ago when I had my car, I went to these guys to get my car serviced on a regular basis. They went out of the way to drive me home and back, there was another time when I was a few dollars short in paying for my service and they were very nice about it. I will use these guys again for my next service if I were to have another car.
Genuine Japanese noodles, specialising in only rice, udon and ramen noodle dishes. Really friendly service, there's some other fried stuff in the self service area which is equally as yummy.
The highlights for me is the potato cakes. For about $17 we get 2 medium sized noodle bowls and 2 fried items, so definitely value for money.
It's only a small eatery so it's best to arrive when they just open. No eftpos facilities, cash only.
Working in West End has the advantages of affordable lunch meals. For $9.90 you can get a lunch special with a fizzy drink. Generous servings and overall above average if you really like Thai food.
Great service, a variety of lunch food, good coffee, quick service and yummy burgers and smoothies.
