Have never been to this centre before, but have been to the one in Narre Warren, and I was really suprised how big it was!!!! There is an area for the little kids, as well as a huge climbing frame area, and a car/train ride - and it was free!!. Their Cafe was very suprising also, as the menu was pretty big - not what we expected. My husband and I both had hamburgers, and although we had to wait a while ( its was really busy), the food was fab !. I would definitely go back here, the kids are already asking about going on the car/train ride again.

This place is an absolute joke! I go here quite regularly and have never been told that my 4 year old has to be accompanied by an adult in the water. time and time again we go there without a problem, then today I get told that she isnt allowed in any pool un accompanied. The only pool she could go in was the baby ppol with about 20 cm of water in it. I understand the rule, I have no problem with it - but there needs to be a consistency with enforcing these rules! I have been there 20+ times and never told of this, but today apparently I was told this has been a rule for years. As well as this my 10 year old was constantly harassed by the staff for not being allowed in the big pool, even though the rules say 10 and over are allowed in that pool. In the end I had 2 kids in tears from being told off all the time, so wevhad to leave. There seems to be way too many over-zealous staff there , with absolutely no customer service skills that are hell-bent on taking the fun out of the place! I understand there must be rules, and respect this, but this place is over the top! When the new GESAC opens in Bentleigh East these guys are going to go broke!! Additionally, their Cafe is insanely expensive, and staffed by equally grumpy people!!!

Ive had 2 birthday parties at Candy Hair for my children, and on both occasions felt quite under whelmed by the experience. The concept is great, and the kids seem to enjoy it, but the party room just seems very small and the staff seem nice enough, just not that switched on with kids. I think to make it a better experience they need more vibrant staff that are able to engage the kids more & make it a more fun experience, rather than relying on the fact that the kids will simply just enjoy being there.

What a fabulous place! My husband gave me a voucher to go here for my birthday, and it was absolutely heavenly! the staff were so welcoming and friendly, and it was the most relaxing 2 hours of my life!! I would definately recommend going there, and the mud wrap was the best!!

My kids love Kids Space!! The pricing is good, and the food & drinks are all reasonably priced. Sometimes it gets a bit busy ( school holidays!), but we try and stay away during those times! Maybe a suggestion would be to clean up the place a bit, but other than that its definately our favourite play centre.

I am a regular customer to this centre, and went there during the school holidays and was really disappointed as they have increased their prices recently quite dramatically. I used to go there every week with my mothers group, but after this increase I just cant afford to go anymore as often. The disappointing thing is, I can understand an increase if there is new equipment - but there isnt anything different! Im so disappointed as my kids love this place!!
