I love shopping at this tiny cluttered but wonderful pet shop. Very old fashioned yet the owner or assistant is always on hand to give you some advice. Though I dont buy my pet food from there I always drop in for a chat or a little treat for my fluffy kittys. It is the equivilant of going to an old fashioned lollie shop for animals.
This vet/hospital has emergency department as well as your normal vets. It was opened after a kind widow left money to the care of animals. Her hope was that every animal, not discriminating on the owners worth could have a cost effective vet to see. The place can offer you several payment options including a payment plan. The staff seem to all adore animals and there is also a rescue centre where you can purchase a pet and keep them from death row. All treatments are at least 30 - 50 % cheaper than a traditional vet clinic.
The ultimate vet service with a price tag to match. Whilst I spend a lot on my fluffy creatures I have long since transferred from here to another animal hospital. The service and detail to your pet is wonderful but being situated in this area they can afford high charges and I cannot. Saying this they saved the life of my kitten and did let me pay off the cost.
Why is Mexican so much more expensive than say Thai? It does cost about 20% more than when we go out elsewhere but Taco Bill is no more expensive than any other Mexican. The food is amazingly fresh and you would never realise you were at a "chain" restaurant. Love the food and the atmosphere is also great
Approximate cost: $25
"you get what you pay for". Though the fruit and vegies are class A, I find the prices a little steep. If I am preparing something special I will shop here. my weekly budget doesn't stretch to doing my main shop here each week.
This little cafe is hidden away in the inner streets of Clifton Hill yet you will be lucky to get a table for brunch over the weekend. Its prices are average to high but the food is mainly organic. They have lots of creative toys for the little ones to play with while your enjoying a coffee n muffin or a full breakfast
This is like a small speciality grocery store with a liquor department. They sell many gourmet foods, staples as well as fresh fruit and vegies plus gourmet and traditional bread. They have an amazing deli. Look no further for picnic needs as well as your usual items
While you pay a little extra as this is not a huge chain, it is worth every cent. My teenage daughter determined to paint her room dark grey was finally talked into a much more lighter colour at Bristol. They suceeded where I had not. Thank you guys
This is far more than a news agent. They have tattslotto, a variety of cards and an awesome range of cheap toys. Its is family run and you always get a smile with a greeting including your first name
One of the best hairdresser ive ever been to and will stay loyal forever! I wanted a change and what they did was a transformation. Thank you for giving me my confidence back. I want that colour next time!
