Love this place. Absolutely impeccable service, staff are always so friendly and accommodating (having done my time working in a cafe I know how hard it can be to stay cheery when working on a busy Sunday morning!). Food is lovely, and there are always new and interesting options for the specials. Coffee is fantastic. Can't fault this place really - worst thing is it gets busy at times, but staff always go out of their way to fit everyone in (comfortably).
Been here a few times, food has always been nice & we've always been able to get a table. Service has been variable - overall staff have been friendly and welcoming, but on a couple of occasions there have been some lapses (e.g. Slow to take orders, forgetting coffee). A reasonable choice for something local for Moreland people, but there are other good options around too
Sadly bookshops like this are becoming a rare commodity! I only wish it was bigger and quieter. I don't tend to last too long before getting fed up as its usually pretty crowded. But great range, great staff, great location
Oh how I love having a shoe shop to go to where the shoes actually fit!! As far as I'm aware this is the only decent shoe store in Melbourne for those with larger than average feet. The service is top-notch, lovely ladies. The website could do with being a bit more user-friendly, up-to-date, and informative - but it is improving.
Hard to find another pizza joint with this combination of quality, taste, service, and value for money. It's become our "local" pizza place even though it's a bit far away!
Given that it's pretty handy to me and good prices - it'll do. But staff as a rule are pretty unfriendly and unhelpful, and the facilities are fairly average. It is pretty rare to find a quiet time for lane swimming - why are there so many swimming classes at every hour of the day?
I've been to this clinic throughout my time at uni. It is convenient having a doctor at uni to see between classes. Wait times have never been too long and it is free for students. Service has been variable - sometimes reception staff have been a bit blunt / rushed. Dr Crilley is nice and means well and goes the extra mile, but seems to think every 20something female who walks through her door is there for a pregnancy/STI test. This at times seems patronizing & judgemental. Others I know have had the same experience. There's another doctor there with an Indian (?) name, she is really lovely.

Good quality and customer service - at a very reasonable rate for the location. They also offer an early bird discount which works well for organized people who want to be rewarded for booking ahead!
I've been going to uni eyecare throughout my time at la trobe, and it's been really handy having them on campus. The guys there Michael and Tony are really helpful and friendly. Especially Tony out the front who always goes the extra mile for customer service. They're usually pretty quiet so often you can pop in and get an exam straight away. They also have another site in Preston where I'll be going now I've finished uni
They can be good if you need to pop in for something straightforward or need to see a dr on weekends or evenings. E.g. I have gone there for simple things like repeat scrips. However the long wait times, surrounded by gross sick people - even when you've booked an appointment - are a pain, and doctors have never taken the time to ask those extra questions. I will be going to an (albeit more expensive) local GP for more personalized service
