Always fresh, made on the spot if you request it! Staff are the friendliest by far, on busy nights you may have to wait awhile to be seated but it's worth the wait. Personal greetings when you enter and leave the restaurant, I find that is a lovely touch, would highly recommend Sushi Train Carseldine

I personally know the chef and wow can she cook, desserts and coffee are available aswell, all freshly made, service is always friendly and down to earth, you can also book for private functions, a very family oriented beautiful little restaurant that I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal.
