I go to this store every year to buy my kid's school shoes, each time I am served by someone who is very knowledgeable about their products and very friendly. Shoes here are going to cost a little more than you would normally pay in a regular shoe store but the difference is they last for the entire school year and longer. I'm always very happy with the service here and the products and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Out of all the online rewards programs out there (and there are ALOT) Pure Profile is the best one around and the only one where I have continuously been able to redeem for cash and it doesn't take years to earn the money like most other programs do. I get emails every day letting me know I have surveys waiting for me.

My account says I have made 7 redemptions in total of $50, so that's $350 in total over the 11 years of membership although I've only been actively using the site for the past few years.

I've never had a problem with the cash hitting my account, it takes a couple of weeks though which is fine by me. It's easy, free money and I'm really happy with this rewards site.

New little place only opened up 3 months ago but the girls in there are just beautiful, so friendly and very knowledgeable! Very clean and gorgeous premises, I went in for an eyebrow and bikini wax and it was actually relaxing if that's possible?! Also I am pretty sure I got the best eyebrow shaping i've ever had, Lisa was so precise and took her time to make it just perfect! Thank you Catherine and Lisa for a wonderful beauty experience I will tell all my friends about you and I will be back!!

I can't begin to describe how happy I have been with the service and prices we get from AAMI, I only wish I'd been with them sooner! We just bought a new car and got several quotes from different companies but yet again AAMI topped them all. I always get the friendliest team members on the phone who are always willing to help and I never wait long on the phone either, you do really talk to a real person like they say which I love because there is nothing worse than calling somewhere only to have to press a series of numbers with a recorded assistant who doesn't understand what you're saying, never happens at AAMI!

The staff were really friendly and even after realising they undercharged me they just let it go, he even brought my lunch to me as they are next door to where I work so customer service is fabulous. Can't say the same about their take away lunch meal though! I ordered honey chicken with rice and it was awful. The rice had a dark burnt tinge to it and was really dry with bits of burnt veggies all through it and the chicken was also burnt, dry and crusty, you could tell it was deep fried in old oil as it had that darkness to it, just did not look fresh and tasted awful, needless to say I could not finish my lunch. I was convinced to give them another chance as their deep fried stuff is never that nice, so this time I tried Satay beef with noodles and I'm happy to say it was delicious, so no more deep fried from there, noodles all the way!

Yum!! What more can I say, I am a newbie when it comes to Thai cuisine, this was the second Thai restaurant I ate at and I will definitely be going back. Lovely staff, very friendly and efficient to your needs but the food is pretty delicious! My favourite is the Beef Massaman curry and Coconut rice. Prices are pretty good too and the place has a nice atmosphere about it with great seating. Really enjoyed eating here.

The prices are a little high here but the food is yummy! Very friendly customer service too but I really think I ate the best sausage roll I have tasted so far, yum!

If anyone is anywhere near the vicinity of this place you HAVE to try their coffee! If you are a coffee lover then you will love this place. They do their own roasting right there on the premises, the place smells so good and the prices are very reasonable. They cater for Soy lovers too and they sell their coffee beans to you. The coffee is of such high standard you don't even need sugar or sweeteners, that's how you know it's a good coffee.

Bit of a mixed review for this one due to the varying degrees of customer service by different individuals. Had an appointment at the Genius bar this morning, everything was great, so easy to book online and when I got there I didn't wait, was seen to straight away. The guy knew what he was talking about and swapped my iPhone over FREE OF CHARGE even though it was out of warranty by 33 days! I went home and had trouble restoring all my stuff onto the new phone, so I called the store back and got a girl on the phone, she wouldn't get the original guy that helped me as he "was serving other customers" even though he told me to call him back personally if I had a problem. She pretty much brushed me off, said try this and see how you go, it didn't work so I called and got the same girl again, she told me the advice I was originally given was right and it wouldn't have been given if it wasn't right and it was now up to "Apple care" to now help me and she'd put me through. Apple care were really friendly although not very helpful, in the end I called the store up again and got a different girl who was much nicer than the first, she went through some steps with me and when that didn't work she booked me in for another appointment the same day. I went in and everything was fixed in a matter of minutes. Apple are pretty awesome over all, their warranties are fantastic and MOSTLY great with their customer service, just varies with each person I guess, but they definitely know their stuff, so over all a big thumbs up, we got there in the end.

I've been taking my 9 year old son who has Autism to see the team at Northside Orthodontists for the last 6 weeks or so and he's been receiving some treatment. We were so nervous about it all not knowing how my son would handle everything with his condition but the staff have been absolutely amazing with him and very caring of his needs. My son actually enjoys his check ups! It's a very clean and modern practice, wait time is not very long, we've waited only a few minutes at the longest. They have a hicaps machine so you can claim on your health insurance straight away which saves time. An all round very child friendly place and would highly recommend going here if your child needs orthodontic work done.
