Currently waiting to see the Doctor, running late as usual. Lady, if you can call her that at the front desks is very blunt and looks like she'd rather be anywhere else but doing her job. Takes personal phone calls very loudly for all to hear while patient waits to be served at the counter. We now know what she's up to this long weekend! She finally gets off the phone and speaks with the patient, oh hang on let's add a swear word aswell! Extremely unprofessional. Won't be coming back here.

What can I say, over priced bland flavourless food! Sorry guys! To feed my family of 4 it cost $50 for tasteless meals with hardly any sauce, I'd much rather spend that much money on authentic Chinese food. Asian cuisine should not be done as fast food.

I went to Taigum news this morning, found exactly what I was looking for at a good price but what struck me the most was how friendly the staff members were. Usually at a newsagent they tend you rush you along but these guys took the time to say a kind word and serve with a smile. This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back and remembering you, thank you Taigum news!

My husband and I regularly purchase our morning coffee or sit down for a meal at Ramekin's and the food has always been delicious. Recently we both had the best steak dinner we have ever eaten and very reasonably priced! The restaurant atmosphere was beautiful that night, dim lights and soft music made for a perfect dinner for 2, a really lovely experience.The owners are lovely, always very friendly and give great service, if you are lactose intolerant that can cater to your needs with soy or lactose free milk which I find alot of cafe's don't supply, especially the lactose free milk. Lovely little place and literally a few hundres metres away from home, just perfect.

I really love the Kernel's brand of popcorn and have never had a problem at this particular store. Only the most recent visit was where I had a little bit of a disappointing experience but they have since apologised. The young staff member rubbed his bare hand in and around the INSIDE of the paper bag quite a bit before scooping the popcorn into it. It was a little unappetising especially since they handle money. I did mention it and they changed my bag of popcorn and apologised and the manager sent me an email to explain that the manufacturer's had sent them these new paper bags that were difficult to open hence then using their hands to unfold them. I had suggested staff wear gloves as they are handling food but they said they would instead try to get the old bags back. So something to look out for here. Prices have also gone up a bit though I have to say. But otherwise the popcorn is delicious as always!

I took my husband's suit into this place to get it cleaned for a wedding we were attending. They were very friendly at the counter, most dry cleaning places I've been to have staff that look like they'd rather jump off a cliff than do their job! Very clean and organised and large signage out the front so you can't miss them! For a man's suit and button mending all up I paid $30 which I thought was pretty good. I got the suit back in a couple of days and hubby looked schmick in his suit for the wedding. Thanks guys!

Coles at Bracken Ridge is my favourite place to shop for groceries. It's not a huge Coles so you can't get lost in there which then means your shopping trip ends up being 3 times longer than you had planned! You can get in and out quick and still find everything you need. I love the deli in particular, most supermarkets have the cold cuts sitting there looking all dried up and old where as at Bracken Ridge Coles your cold meats are sliced as you order! So your hams are always so super fresh it's simply brilliant and I won't go anywhere else. Fruit and veg are always fresh, meats are just so fresh and never wait too long at the checkouts. Staff are very very friendly and love to help out, perfect perfect perfect!

I am so thankful to have found this awesome little Salon, now my whole family can get our routine hair cuts for half the price we normally pay elsewhere, and this is so important to us being on a tight budget, the staff are super friendly and very professional too, they also don't make you wait too long, we walked straight in after school for my son! I will be going back there every time now, thank you!!

I have been searching for good fish and chips and I was told to come here, my goodness they are hands down THE yummiest, freshest little seafood place in Brisbane! The staff are so kind and friendly aswell, very good service, clean establishment too, highly recommend eating here!

I love flying Jetstar, they ALWAYS have the lowest airfares, I can compare every time I'm travelling and I will always end up with Jetstar. The only thing I would like to see are some tv screens on the back of seats with some in flight entertainment otherwise I'm happy to fly Jetstar every time. I can also accumulate frequent flyer points which is an added bonus. Service is always very friendly too.
