I'm a little confused with the whole 'Crown' Hotel thing so not sure if I'm even writing this review for the right Hotel...anyway... we stayed at what I believe to be called the Crown Metropol and it was pretty good. The negatives, the view was nothing to write home about however the closest building was about 50mtrs away so no closed-in feeling. The bathroom/shower/toilet area was laidd out a tad weird. The positives, the fixtures and fittings were top class and very modern, room was very clean and roomy, the location and service was excellent.

Innovative website and app. Wotif is very user-friendly and helps you find what you are looking for with efficiency and clarity. They offer good filtering and you can save favourites for future review

This place sells an amazing array of Italian deli items - fresh or cured as well as other European offerings. You will not find a local European that doesn't visit or recommend this place. Plenty of parking as it's next to a Coles.

What a beautiful spot right on the river. Service didn't seem to match it's style so much. Still, the meals we ordered were fresh and delicious and no complaints with the wine... ever ;-)

This place just opened today and offered everyone free salad or roll. I ordered the vermicelli salad and it was fresh and delicious. Mint, peanuts, carrots, salad, cucumber with grilled pork and of course vermicelli. It also came with a garlic vinegary dressing. Yum! Definitely recommend. Considering there was about 50 people queuing up, their service was fast and friendly and they get 5 stars for value because it was free today!

Can't go wrong here. Great place for the kids. Recommend if it's a hot day, you can wander around under the cool shade of the trees in this sanctuary. Staff are friendly and helpful. Look out for online vouchers to get in cheaper else it's about $40 for adults (not sure for kids). Make sure you are organised and arrive at the shows early to get a good seat. The bird show is great and very informative.

Had high hopes as this place is always busy and you have to book. The food was fresh, flavoursome and tasty but not hot enough for me - beware, the chili scale is 'Aus' levels.

Downside I absolutely hate it when they start clearing out dishes and food when we hadn't even finished. They were trying to move us on and we hadn't even finished eating. There was food still on the shared plate. Big negative there.

At first I thought the prices were a bit steep but really, when you compare to say, a piece of sushi at nearby Japanese restaurant, I guess it isn't that bad at all. Wonderful to have a nice little shop open up near work. Good little places to sit and friendly service.

A lovely quaint little cafe with lots of in-shop items to look at. They offer breakfast and lunch. The breakfast menu is varied, unique and there are quite a few healthy options available. I've tried the Roast Pumpkin Fritters and Hobby Mix Museli and never been disappointed. Service is personal and friendly. Give them a try and support local businesses :-)

A beautiful location set on the river (about 20 meters back) but with a lovely view. Food and Service is excellent. I had the pork belly - to die for! Recommend for romantic special occasions ;-)
