I agree with KarenT3 however, I would choose this place over Claret House any day as that is even more pretentious and I found in comparison, at least the service here, they treat you like you are doing them a favour (not the other way round). Fish cakes sound great on paper but were disappointing.

Big disappointment Not a 4 star hotel. Don't be fooled by the pretty photos. Room (bathroom) was for a disabled person and the queen bed was 2 singles combined! Skirting boards were dirty, aircon light was way too bright above bed and fridge was noisey. Never again.

Stumbled upon after staying at a nearby Hotel. Service was excellent, food was delicious and fresh. I had the Smoked Salmon with spinach, egg and relish Yum!

Here Sat night for a friends birthday. The publicans were really friendly and helpful, the finger food was only ok but the bar prices were really good.

I've been to this company a couple of times now and both times I received both genuine, personal and excellent advice from the ladies. They offer professional premises and services. Definitely recommend. Oh and they have good specials on if you signup to their newsletter.

Suprisingly very happy with the service and attention I received here. My hairdresser 'James' listened really well and achieved the look I wanted. He was professional in all aspects and knew what he was doing. Definitely recommended

Disgusted with the service I received from BAP. I had an expensive sports car that I had hoped was in good hands. I distinctly explained the alarm system and left it with them to take care. Take care they did not! They set the alarm off but instead of calling me, made their own decision to cut the wires and leave it unarmed over the long weekend I was away. When I got back, they had the audacity to deny any responsibility and I ended up having to pay a hefty bill to get my alarm reinstalled. On top of that, due to all the people hovering over my car, it was filthy with finger prints and muck all over it - not just dirty. I ended up going to the Ombudsman for a refund on alarm costs but man, it was a long protest and the owner was an a-hole the whole way through the process. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER used them again for this purpose and happy to share this.

I love the feeling I have after a session of Hot Yoga or Pilates. Harlow offers it's members many suitable classes, a very convenient online self-book/cancel system and an excellent place to work out. You are under infra red heat so the workout is twice as beneficial as a normal class. Totally recommend. Shame it is so expensive at $34 pp/pw :-(

Professional, courteous, efficient, reliable and so much more affordable than a return taxi trip for a weekend away. What more could you want. Will definitely use again and recommend you try them.

Had online voucher to get Laser Lipo done. Receptionist was efficent but not informative. She had so many people to deal with, I felt she was rushing away and so my questions went unanswered. This my first time having this treatment, ever, so I am disappointed in the lack of attention I received. I have 7 more treatments to go so can't comment on the results. Will try to respond back once finished.
