We got here on a rainy winter Saturday, and because they kept the door open our food got cold really fast. Everything we ordered: deep fried pork ribs, wonton soup, fried dumplings and cucumber salad was very bland and lacking any flavor. While pork was cooked well, it was impossible to eat without heaps of soy and chili, the soup broth was absolutely tasteless and was more like hot water with wontons, the cucumber salad was a rip off, 10 dollars for crushed cucumbers with diluted soy and some vinegar. outrages, Food with no salt or any other seasoning is not food worth eating. NOT going back.

It's really busy here - there's a crowd in the doorway and its a bit confusing working out where to order until the girl waves.
This place is popular - lots of people are lining up so it must be good.
so I tried but turn out to be disappointed. The dessert are not sweet enough and too much ice. Probably not going back.

I had my dinner with my friends here a few times and have enjoyed the experience every time.
Seafood is fresh and delicious. Service always great, and cooked and served in record time.
Very clean place, very friendly staff. Happily recommended.
Lobster in XO sauce was my favourite dish of the night a must try for any seafood lover. Can be expensive depending on size of lobster, but waiter will bring in to you fresh from the tank for approval before cooking and serving.

It's located in world square so if you are happen to shop around that area, give it a go as their ramen are really nice and good value too. I love the pork ramen! Also the chicken karage, soft shell crab & onigiri yummy too. The ramen taste similar with what I had in Japan. Worth the long queues but I don't think you have to wait that long. Always my favourite!
Service are good too, very attentive staff.

Tried their ramen the other day and I must say it pretty average. with the poor service,
Love the dumplings but the burnt bits can be taken with some improvements. The agedashi was so-so but the ramen was good, Just the broth was too salty and needed some look into. Overall, this is a cheapie friendly place for a quick one.
I am not sure if I will go back to this place again. Maybe you can try their rice dishes instead.

I think this is one of my favorite restaurants in Sydney. China Doll, is all round the best dining in Sydney. The food is always outstanding...make sure to order the slow cooked beef shin curry, and the black rice, mango and ice cream for dessert. Every dish is fresh and well flavored, the service is impeccable and the drinks are great. It's not a cheap place to eat but you feel like you are getting value for money. Should give it a go.

So far their bakmi pangsit is the best I could find in sydney.
The system for delivering food to the customers could however be optimized, they call out your dish and you collect it. Thus someone got my friend's food before she could take it and they had to make new food, so she got hers 20 mins after me.
the price had been increased for the past few years but the food still remain strong and delicious.

This review is for Harry's Singapore Chilli Crab Restaurant, Sydney NSW

This one is at upstairs and feel more like a home kitchen. when you order the chili crab they will give you the apron to wear. well, the chili crab was nothing spectacular but rather a bit disappointing.
I thought that was pretty expensive but decided to go for it anyway. We ordered rotis, mixed entree(2 spring rolls, 2 samosas & 2 fried prawns) mixed veg in garlic sauce & rice. They also left a bucket of beers at the table. The crab was delicious as was the rest of the food. The final bill was $222
I know how the original should taste like as I had it many times at Singapore before.

This is my favourite breakfast place in Surry Hills. The middle eastern menu has so many variety of choices that I always hard to decide what to order, . My all time favourite is the baked eggs, beans and sucuk (a turkish chorizo) with herbed toast.
The staff are very friendly and they bring all your food to your table with a big smile without missing anything. Definitely will come back always.
