We like to come here for lunch sometimes on the weekends. The menu is a little pricey, but the view is lovely. You sit right at the waters edge. The quality of the food is usually quite good. They are also licensed if you would like to buy and alcoholic beverage from them. Staff enthusiasm could do with some work. Just about every time we have been there, the staff seem like they are bored and don't really want to be doing the job. Beyond all of this, we do enjoy eating here. :)

Great customer service. Very attentive to your needs. However, I have been in there when it's busy and you share a staff member with other customers. It's the only time I have had an issue with my shoes later on hurting my feet as I ended with the wrong ones. I recommend going in when they are quieter so the staff member is with you only. I always get my sneakers from here. My daughter plays netball, so we get her netball sneaker from here too. We did try work boots for my husband, but there range isn't like that with sneakers, so if you are someone who can't just wear any old boot, I wouldn't suggest getting them from here, as we had to take my husbands back as they were problematic for his feet. I can't wear just any sneaker as I have issues with my feet and The Athletes Foot have a vast range for everyone, including me. :)

Great business for checking out what other people think of a small business you may be considering to use. Great for you to let other people know what you think of a small business you have used and in to process get rewarded for your review. Customer service is quick, polite and helpful. I had a problem with some points not showing up and the problem was resolved almost instantly. I am very impressed. Definitely a great program.

I haven't personally used this service but have received flowers from them. When my son was born, I received a bunch of flowers, delivered to the hospital, from my babies uncle and auntie (who live interstate) within a couple of hours of us telling them the great news. Even they were stunned at how quickly they were delivered. And they were just gorgeous flowers. Definitely a company I will use in the future due to the promptness, freshness and even the writing on the card was neat and legible. :)

I came here for a few years. The dentist and the nurses are all friendly and make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. It is a good dentist if you can make an appointment but I needed to see the dentist in an emergency and they couldn't fit me in for 3 weeks, so I had to go elsewhere. If you are looking for a dentist for regular check ups and cleans etc, then I do highly recommend this one, but as there is only 1 dentist here, they aren't very good for emergencies.

We come here often for parts and accessories for our cars and motorbikes. They have a great range and usually have what you want on hand (well they have with the stuff we have wanted). If not it doesn't take long to order in. (We did need to order a particular dashmat that had to be specially made, but only had to wait a week for it). Customer service is always friendly and they are very helpful. We prefer Malz over most other car parts and accessory places.

I came here with my sister and my (toddler) son. Service was great, especially with me umming and arring and couldn't make up my mind, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The ambiance is very comfortable and welcoming. Was a very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon. Definitely a place I will be returning to. However, I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant side of The Craftsman, but intend on returning soon to give it a go, so will update my review with that info ASAP.

We went on a dinner cruise with Captain Cook Cruises. Was absolutely lovely. The food, the ambiance, the views were excellent. Was very romantic and even has a dance floor. Was lovely standing outside on the deck in the fresh air, watching the city lights as we gently went past on the Swan River. We went with a group, which I recommend as it's more fun. Can't wait to do it again.

Been wanting to go here for years. Finally did it and was so worth it. So many snakes, lizards, etc. Even had a croc there. As well as native birds. Got to watch them feed the snakes and even got a bit of a cuddle with one. Was a great day out, the kids loved it and the entry cost was great, especially when you are watching your pennies.

I have been in here a couple of times and always get greeted with a smile. Always helpful and pricing is good. The last time I was there, I needed a 6v battery for my sons ride-on Go Cart. There were numerous batteries and was a little confusing but didn't take long for a staff member to come over and show me the right battery. He even gave me a little flattery and I left with what I came in for and a smile on my face. Keep it up guys :)
