I always get my car serviced here, as it is within walking distance from my house. The staff are polite and friendly, and even if it's been months between visits, they remember who I am, and are happy to have a chat. The car is always ready when they say it will be, and they call if they find something that needs fixing, but may be expensive, or requires that they order a part from somewhere.

This cafe seems to be very popular with the people who work in the surrounding business, which is great, as they have some good food and interesting options. My only complaint is that if you are after a cup of coffee first thing in the morning, on the way to work, you could wait up to 15 minutes, as there is often a long queue of people, and only 1 barista. I do like the option of the coffee loyalty card offered though.

The hot and cold chocolate drinks are the equivalent of drinking a bar of chocolate, and the churros are great, though the prices make this a very occasional treat. The shop is a little small, and crowded, and also has a large table just outside the store, which tends to be rather noisy.

The service here can be a little bit slow, but is friendly and helpful. I had a quiche, and it was the best I've ever had, it was huge. The filling was light and fluffy, and the pastry wasn't too greasy.

The quality and service has gone up and down a little over the years as well, and on special occasions, and holidays, it tends to be busy, and the service slow. The food is good quality, and tasty, with steaks being a speciality.

Generally great, the treatments are very relaxing, and they have monthly specials, though otherwise perhaps a little pricey. The staff cater to your needs, and are friendly and discreet.

I've been here a couple of times, and the first experience was pretty good, the second not as good - I arrived just after 2:30pm, and discovered the kitchen was closed, so they couldn't do Turkish Toast, but could provide a variety of other types of toast and hot food, it seemed a little odd.
