This has been my experience with real estate agents and earlier this year I had been taken for a ride. For this reason, when it came down to choosing an agent I was extremely cautious.

When I was approached by Aleisha, the level of preparation and knowledge about the property, area and market was surprising and comforting. Furthermore, there was no fee unless property is sold. No other agency offered this, but it was the apparent commitment and knowledge that led me to select the agency and sign the agreement. The next day after signing the contract we received Champagne and flowers - we just could not believe that.

Two weeks later Belinda (team leader) called to discuss sales terms. I thought she would talk superficially but we spent quite a while discussing the deal we were looking for and what world work for us best. We are really impressed with Aitken Real Estate, and the way the staff have helped us and the effort they put in. After the SALE, I wanted to rent for a couple of years and the Rental Team were fantastic at the sourcing a new listing which suited me perfectly. It was a heritage home and I loved it!

I didn't love the double block of lawn as was able to have the team negotiate for a monthly clip to be included. Inside there were some issues with appliances and heating. These were attended to quickly and at no expenses to me.

The Rental Department regularly checked to ensure all was satisfactory.

I had complete privacy and loved my two years as a tenants.
