As first time sellers, we were skeptical about the value a real estate agent could add to the transaction. Steve Aitken, Belinda, Zeke and the team at Aitken real estate have certainly delivered beyond all expectations. We are extremely happy with the service they provided, and the results they achieved. Within a week of signing with their agency, their sales team had been to see the house, the photographer had taken the photos, the board was up and the ad was live. Over the next 10 days, they arranged viewings on 4 separate days, bringing through 9 qualified buyers on the first day, and several people for second inspections in the following week, as well as new buyers. Within 2 weeks of the ad going live, Steve presented us with 4 offers on our home. We could not recommend them more highly!

I found Aitken Real Estate to be absolutely brilliant! Steve and the whole team (Belinda, Zeke and Austin) were exceptionally personable and they did everything in their power to assist me. Since I lived a distance away, the 'team' stepped in, no fuss, helping out with all manner of things, like collecting the mail, sweeping, cleaning - and they even shifted our furniture out just before settlement! They could not have done a better job!

Throughout the process I was kept up to date every few days about how the selling process was going - and Steve was always available to speak and help with pretty much anything at all. In addition, Aitken Real Estate proved to be wonderful negotiators and got me an excellent price. In short, I cannot recommend them highly enough - such a 'class act' in every way. Recently bought a house from Aiken and the process couldn't of been any smoother. Our agent zeke was always available to talk, show us the property when we needed and just overall was a really good guy. He was open And honest with how it all worked and even after the sale helped with referring a great conveyance lawyer. There was never an issue and would highly recommend them!

We had a terrible but typical experience with a 'well regarded bayside Real Estate agent' and sought the advice of Aitken Real Estate. To our eternal regret we did not go with them due to the concern that they were not in 'our area' This poor decision on our part has cost us dearly and we will always regret it. Stephen and Zeke were everything you could ask for in professionalism, courtesy and interest in our situation. They are still providing us with advice and there is absolutely nothing in it for them (for the time being....any future sale we make will be through them no questions asked). Amazing! I can't recommend them highly enough and indeed I have recommended them to several friends who I sincerely hope are smarter than we were!

We recently sold our house, we'd received advice from the local big agents and received huge variance in estimated price and a sales strategy (open for inspections and go to auction). My situation may be a little different from most, as I did not purchase a property through Aitken, but while looking at places, I had the great good fortune to meet Belinda Cimino. I was alone in the business of buying and uncertain about a number of things. Belinda could not have been more helpful. She was armed with a folder of information on all aspects of the business of buying a property, which she willingly gave me copies of, even going out of her way to provide me with a form which was specific to my situation, which I had no idea about. And then following up to make sure I had received it! Remember here, I was no-where near the stage of looking like a serious buyer. She gave freely of her time to explain things to me, which other Agents take for granted that you understand (or don't care if you don't).
