I recently brought a mobile phone from becextech ,it was delivered in stated time and the price was better than many other on line companys.
After unpacking phone I found the charger got very hot in use and reported it to becextech.they reply very quickly and were most helpful ,they sent me out a new genuine charger straight away .Well done Guys.

These guys are great in my experience. Usually I just order off the web but have called on occasion. Great prices on many things and it gets put in the mail very reasonably quick. Do you need anything else? Well, ok, their site is a little dated and once in a while I've really gotta work to find what I'm searching for

I shall write another review seeing as my previous one mysteriously disappeared... I bought a note 4 that came with a fake battery. I was sent a replacement battery that was also fake. Customer service required me to remove a negative review before they would assist me further. I was sent another replacement that came from ebay that was genuine. I can only assume becextech didn't have any non-counterfeit batteries. My phone packed it in after 4 months and customer service refused warranty because Knox was triggered. I haven't rooted or messed with the phone in any way except to follow instructions for updating using Odin that were provided by becextech (which they denied ever asking me to do). An app showed me that the phone had been plugged into charge over 4000 times in its life - clearly the phone was second hand. Which explains why Knox had been triggered. I have the emails that can verify what I have said, so I sincerely hope this review isn't removed. The company is supposedly Australian, which is a lie. Fair trading contacted them on my behalf but they simply didn't respond. They have amazing reviews on this site, with more than one comment underneath stating the review is under investigation. Dodgy dodgy dodgy. Almost as dodgy as my negative review being removed.

Thanks so much to the people who have commented with the Australian ABN. The one I had had expired. Becextech have since told me that my consumer guarantees do not apply as they are based in Hong Kong. I had challenged them on the legality of their warranty (it is missing some key components, such as a phone number, address and statement that my guarantees are in addition to the warranty) This got ACCC interested again but the ABN was incorrect. It's good to see other people aren't giving up either.

Dealing with Becextech customer service has been a refreshing experience. After being treated as a bother or a nuisance by other companies and even by the government, it's so nice to come across people who not only have their act together, but are pleasant to deal with. Zlatan was professional, swift, accurate in the diagnosis of the problem, and got the ball rolling on solving the issue within moments.

I purchased a open box phone from Becextech. The order arrived quickly. The product was in excellent condition, except the battery charger did not work at all. I emailed them for help, and the customer representative. got a replacement battery charger shipped out the next day. I received it the day after, and everything has been working well so far. This very positive experience with the customer service makes my repeated business much more likely.

Recently, I ordered an open box phone. Unfortunately, the phone was completely unusable when I received it and I could not use it. Thankfully, customer service rep took care of the situation quickly and sent me a new phone. She saved the day. When I first received this locked phone, I was not happy; but after my pleasant experience with the customer service dept., I am back to being a Becextech enthusiast. Thank You!

My primary purchase package (Mobile Phone) arrived promptly and in well-packaged condition. All good. The secondary envelope (an order for a Micro SD card) arrived promptly as expected, however unfortunately the envelope was found to be empty! On closer inspection of the envelope I noticed that the bottom right-handed edge of this enveloped had either been very carefully 'slit' or had been inadvertently torn by the sharpness of the contents intended for delivery. The cause or point of damage en-route for this was naturally impossible for me to determine. I immediately contact both the store staff and customer support at BecexTech Australia. My initial contact, Jeff, was very helpful and understanding in trying to get my problem resolved. He immediately responded to my concerns re this loss (non-receipt) of this product. After requesting a formal statement from me (which i was happy to submit), Jeff courteously undertook to ensure that my issue would be handed to and actioned by the BecexTech Australia Customer Support Group, and kept me in 'the loop' during this process. My re-instatement request and concerned comments were quickly taken on board, and I was delighted when I received a positive response stating that my originally-ordered (and missing!) SDCard would be replaced and re-posted to me at the earliest opportunity. I subsequently received this replacement promptly in the mail. I am very impressed at the high level of customer support given by BecexTech, and appreciated the fact that the initial and subsequent support given by Jeff and his crew was very courteous and respectful, and my request and subsequent action taken so seriously. So, thank you BecexTech.. your excellent customer support is appreciated and a rare thing these days. I will happily use your company again.

I ordered a phone that is no longer available in Australia (a Samsung Galaxy Note 3) .The item was delivered fvia DHL - absolutely amazing service! I had been led to believe that parallel imported phones would be in a foreign language, and my first challenge would be choosing the right language, when the menu would be in a foreign language - that was not the case, English UK was selected when I turned on the phone. The power adaptor provided is way too bulky to use, but I have plenty of extras at home, so all good. I am now a fan of Becextech and will not hesitate to use them again.
