To be honest I'm a little new to buying things online, especially things this expensive. I was anxious to spend nearly a thousand dollars on a site I barely knew and spent most of the time making sure I was secure if anything went wrong but I rated my experience as high because everything was as it seemed. this is a service I'm sure I'll use again and consult first whenever I think of buying anything online.
Also I liked the prices, this item was much cheaper here than other competitive sites and ranked high on googles shopping's sites for this item.

BecexTech has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. Their customer support is top-notch - best I've experienced shopping online. It just feels like the person on the other end of the discussion really cares.

Their product selection and pricing are great and very competitive. There's always a good rotation of discounts. Shipping is also very good - with Premier you get 3-day shipping on most items.
The website itself is well-designed and easy to navigate. Filtering product lists and search results is really useful despite not perfect.

Overall BecexTech has done more than enough to earn my loyalty. Great products, great prices, great benefits, but most importantly great customer service

A current affairs is a pretty average TV show. But if it has the power behind it to make something happen I'd put my story forward. I was already thinking of sending my story into The Checkout (show on abc about Australian consumer rights)

I agree alexa769 I think its the only way to stop them. lets contact all media and worn people that way and maybe if we are lucky Becextech will then have to help us. The phone I brought was a few hundred dollars cheaper but I didn't know I was buying from china with warranty and apple Australia doesn't even recognise an international phone. False advertising as far as I'm concerned.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I tried to claim warranty and I've been fighting with them for 6 months now over what should be an easy fix. Have involved the ACCC.

Is it possible to rate this company with minus 5 stars? Because that's about all they deserve after the customer service I have received. Coming here to write a review after months of endless back and forth emails trying to work out a problem that should have been a simple fix in 3 weeks max. It's been SIX MONTHS. Six ridiculous months.
I bought a new Sony Xperia phone of BecexTech in march. I first opened and used the phone in April (I got it sent to my home address while I was overseas). Within two weeks the charger they sent me with the phone completely stopped working (I was always sceptical of this charger as when received it looked second hand with scratches all over it!). All okay though, I contacted BecexTech for a replacement. They agreed to send one (although only after a week or so of back and forth email arguing with me that they could not send the replacement to a PO Box address, which is ridiculous because it is the exact address my phone was originally sent to). I received the charger, and it is some random brand that looks like the cheapest charger they could possibly find. I said this is not good enough as under Australian law I am entitled to a replacement IDENTICAL to the original supplied. So they apparently sent another one (after more arguing of course) and it did not even appear. So I email again, and they send another. This time (we are now months down the track) I receive a charger that is not even compatible with Australian Power points. I complain. They tell me I should have an adapter from the original phone to go with it. I don't. They never sent one. Now it is six months on and I am still waiting on a charger! This is a problem that could have been solved in a week. Easy.

But this is not all. My phone itself had issues. My gps stopped working (totally unable to locate me). This is only after a couple of months of using the phone. I contact BecexTech. They ask me to send it in for evaluation and repairs.
Unfortunately the day before I was due to send in my phone I dropped it and the back of the phone cracked. This has turned out to be an absolute nightmare. Because of this crack, they refused to repair my phone under warranty even though it has nothing to do with my gps not working. They had my phone for two months when they advertise a two week turnaround. It took at least two or more weeks after sending my phone in just to hear ANYTHING from them at all about my phone. The communication is abysmal. They were utterly unhelpful. it took me a month to get any real answer from them about the status of my phone repair. The refused to repair my phone because 'the motherboard was impacted when I dropped the phone'. I asked for evidence of this. They literally told me 'we have no evidence', and yet still refused to repair it. Months go by and I am exhausted and angry. I get them to send the phone home with no repairs. I get my phone back and I realise that my phone has literally not even been opened up to be able to look inside. The small fragments of the glass type back where it had cracked when I dropped the phone were still perfectly in place. This means they literally had not even taken the time to look at the motherboard that is, in their words 'physically impacted from the drop'.

I have never been so utterly disappointed, angry, and exhausted after dealing with a company about an issue that should have been an easy fix.

we need to all combine and report them to the office of fair trading, once the office receives enough complaints they can shut the company down

The item purchased arrived as described. The delivery was sealed as was the box of the product. Product works just fine, it's a fantastic phone and a great upgrade for me. From placing the order to its arrival was approximately 6-7 working days, which is within the confines of the described processing and delivery times stipulated for BecexTech's priority delivery service. So no problem there.

Prices competitive with professional warranty and follow up systems. Small glitch when tracing parcel and customer service reply a bit slow when asking about what " processing " meant. Otherwise very good.Would look at Becextech for future items

The only drawback to my ordering experience was that it took over three days to get my order approved after an initial delay from my bank, which verified the charge with me. The delay occurred after that and required a response me to get it moving. Other than that, Excellent service, They back up their products. They want you happy.

The delivery of my purchase was so swift I could not believe it. Everything was packed securely, and less than 30 mins after receipt, I had tested all the components and they all worked as advertised and expected.
Ordering from the Becextech web site was utterly simple, and the response via email and on the site itself was swift and timely.
