I bought a Samsung recently. My original order was out of stock but I was offered another colour at the same price 2 days afterwards. The phone arrived on the 8th day in good condition. Would recommend to others as their prices are reasonable and service is good.

Thanks loads for a job well done. I have ordered from Becextech several times and this last experience, as the others is GREAT! Orders are always correct, non-damaged and delivered quick. E-mails are sent to tell me how things are progressing. Plus, found new products in photography - as in paper - never seen elsewhere and results are dramatic improvement over what I've used in the past

WOW I was surprised by the speed of delivery. New unpacked product with the right price, what more to ask for?

I bought a “new condition” iPhone 5 from BecexTech in October 2015. Given it has been my worst shopping experience ever I won’t ever be buying anything ever again from BecexTech. Here is why.

1. Apple subsequently told me my “new condition” phone was in fact 2 and a half years old when it was sold to me. It was never in ‘new condition’ when supplied to me. This was a refurbished phone – not an ex-demo phone or a phone returned by a customer soon after purchase.

2. BecexTech did not adhere to Australian consumer law. While they have an Australian website and have an Australian office, they sell through an offshore company and so disregard Australian consumer law. This means that if you are supplied with a faulty product (as I was) any refund is at their discretion. And they don’t supply a phone contact number – only an email address - which makes it very difficult to negotiate a solution.

3. My phone never worked properly after the first week. It would not charge. I had to return the phone four times with postage and packing expense about $17 each time. At one stage I was even charged a $55 admin fee to get my phone back because they could not replicate the fault I found. Eventually after the phone was returned a fourth time I was able to get a refund of 2 postage payments and the admin fee.

4. Repairs take 2 to 4 weeks each time. I was left without a phone for so long and so often I had to buy another phone while BecexTech had my phone – obviously the other phone I bought was not purchased from BecexTech.

5. Eventually after 9 months and the fourth return I was also able to negotiate a partial refund BUT BecexTech based the partial refund on their current selling price for an iPhone 5 which was significantly lower than my original purchase price. This is a breach of Australian consumer law.

I am now in the market to buy an additional phone for a family member. If BecexTech had acted honourably I would have bought the additional phone from them – but that won’t be happening given my experience with BecexTech.

Yeah I have just opened a case with Paypal, thanks for the information, I thought it would have been too late (4 months) I had never used the phone since it was purchased for a gift now I am concerned that the phone just wont last.

Yeah so am I, unfortunately I opened a case with paypal which was auto closed on me while I was in south america on holiday with no internet which is so frustrating because now i don't like my chances of getting any money back

This is my second purchase already, easy , quick & good service/price. I do recommend if you are in the market for a phone. Product works great and is exactly as was described in the product description, very happy with it! Even though it was an "Open-Box" deal the product was still in excellent condition and, while I've only had it for a couple of days, there have been no problems at all. Thanks very much!

After 2 steps of verification, you canceled my order it was 21st of September 2016.
But my money were not refunded till yet (today 4th of October).

After my appeal to you(4/10/16), BecexTech stop ignoring of my emails and i got my money back very soon(8/10/16).

It was for the second time I purchased equipment through BecexTech. The first delivery was split in two. The camera arrived on time but the additional battery took three weeks to appear and it was not the original but a cheap Chinese copy, which I would not order if I knew what it was.
My second order (a lens) just arrived but it was not dispatched within 1-3 business days. After my inquiry, 7 days later, I got the information that "warehouse team accidentally missed this order." Still, 11 days from placing my order I got it so all in all it was not too bad, but rather unnerving.
