Overall it was a good experience, now that know I need to confirm credit card details. That said the email requesting this went to spam so took a few days for me to realise what had happened. probably not your fault but it did mean the presents arrived late, but still very well received.

My overall shopping experience with Becextech was very good as was the prompt response from Customer Service to my enquiry when ordered items weren't included in the delivery - considering the time difference between our states. I was impressed and though I'm still waiting for the extra items to come through I was advised of the delay. I appreciate being kept informed. Many thanks.

Within 2 weeks of receiving an apparently brand new Samsung 7 Edge, the handset was completely broken through no fault of our own. At our own expense, we sent this off to a BecexTech repair company. We were told a new screen would be required. To proceed with the fix, we had to agree to the terms that the handset would no longer be waterproof (the unique selling point of this handset and the reason we bought it).

We were told "As far as I concern, any waterproof phone will no longer be waterproof after repair."

The original spec state s that this particular handset *can be immersed in 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes*

BecexTech advised that the handset could no longer submerged underwater. After much dispute, as compensation they would provide us with a cheap waterproof cover! I do not believe the handset will be returned in the same working condition. We have lost time, money and all our photographs because of this company not to mention the inconvenience and stress it has caused. We have been without a phone for weeks. We have now involved the Department of Fair Trading. I sent this review to BecexTech for approval prior to publishing and from the head of the company I have been threatened with the following:

"Resorting to feedback will never fix anything, but only to worsen the situation. After all, we will be here to look after the phone for 1 year. If negative/neutral feedback is left we will deem this as a completion of our obligations and no further resolution will be offered"

Is this a company you really want to buy from? Does their 1 year guarantee not stand if you choose to publish an accurate account of your experience with them? I think this sets a very dangerous precedence.

im interested to know.... was the actual phone legitimate? because some of the information on their page doesnt look right.... ie the GPU and CPU.... + i was not aware of the fact the S7 Edge had a "dual sim" varient? Im looking to buy one from them but after seeing so many reviews "under investigation" on here and reading yours..... I want to look into it further before doing so

Hi there - the handset was not an Australian model which means that Samsung Australia cannot get involved. Apparently the parts in every country are different. Becextech has failed to disclose which country it is from but we think it is from Singapore. I cannot prove this, but I am almost 100% certain, we received a second hand handset - there were lots of reasons to believe this, but after reading comments on here and other review sites, it seems others have received reconditioned handsets (when expecting brand new handsets like us) and counterfeit batteries etc. I have never made a complaint before about a product, let along to the Department of Fair Trading. We haven't had a phone for months. Using this company has cost us money, time and stress. Please consider using someone else.

I've been chasing them for 2 months to replace a faulty iphone with an invalid apple serial number (meaning it was a phone marked to be destroyed, which somehow didn't happen and apple will not repair it). I've opened cases with paypal, NSW Fair Trading and emailed choice. The complaint is now registered with the international site echoice.gov and they still have not replaced the phone.

The phone they sent me did not work – it had a faulty wifi adaptor. 5 months after I paid for my phone, I still do not have a phone that works. They will not phone me to discuss the issues with the phone, and keep making me post it back then wait 3 months before they return it to me still not working, they have offered me a refund of half of what I paid for the phone as they are unable to repair it. Beware – many of the goods they sell are not new – this is not clear on their website (only in the fine print).

I DO NOT reccomend this business to anybody. I ordered a brand new iphone 6s, at a price of $944. The payment took an entire day to leave my account. The business then took another 3 business days to acknoledge the payment and then after 4 more days they finally sent it. By that time i had cancelles the order and asked for a refund. The refund process took an entire week and left me out of pocket $55 for some stupid admin fee. Very very unimpressed by the customer service and the speeds they advertise are complete rubbish. "Item leaves warehouse in 1-3 days", that doesn't mean it's been sent. Its just being processed. Unacceptable. And especially for the $73 shipping they charged. OUTRAGEOUS. $73 and the best they can do is spend a week processing and then finally ship it through some chinese parcel service. Complete rubbish. Stay away from this company.

You're lucky! You've dodged a bullet. Our faulty iphone from this company has an invalid apple serial and should not have been sold according to apple!!
