Beware of this website, it says Australian but item was "purchased" from Hong Kong. I bought an Iphone 5s and after a few months the camera was not working. They had it "repaired" in Singapore and it took 2 months before I got it back. Now I had to send it back again because the keyboard on the same phone is hanging and they will "repair" it again. They sent me a faulty phone but instead of replacing it, since I bought a new one, they're trying to repair something that is defective! I did not buy a second hand or fault y phone! I want it replaced not fixed!

The price is great, the phone was a genuine product, and the phone shipped from Hong Kong extremely quickly - I guess it was worth the $75 in postage for that reason.

However, they failed to ship all the accessories I asked for (screen protector, case, car charger and car mounting kit). I had to contact them. The case arrived today with the screen protector, and to be honest it was a waste of money. The car kit has still not arrived.

So I do recommend buying from these guys but don't waste time on their accessories - get your accessories elsewhere so you don't get stuffed around. They won't admit to neglecting to actually send them before I complained but I'm not stupid and I know they screwed up.

I received product after many weeks.in few days iphone black out many times and on one day i put my phone on table and its cracked (screen protector on)
I took it to apple store.they checked and said screen not original .i shocked i said its brand new they checked their history nd found this phone once bought in USA and this phone got service by Apple nd now it's not under any warranty by apple store. ...i m really shocked..m contacting back with becextech 1st they were not agree that they sell used phone but after apple store authentic email about phone now they are saying its open box ....means seriously they know they sell used phone ...really very bad experience. ...plz dont buy any product from this company

Ok, I bought most of my gears from Internet, and some services were good and some terrible. But this service was impressive. The fastest delivery I had in my life from a camera shop. The package was ok, even if I prefer more bubble wrap. But was enough to keep safe my lense. Really a good job guys. Thanks
