I highly recommend BecexTech. I bought an Iphone and the price, the customer service, the whole process was excellent. Just a few issues with the courier Toll but not to blame the BecexTech. After collecting the item at the local Toll branch, the item was as described plus a charger adaptor.

My iPhone was delivered in a week from Hong Kong. Great genuine product and the lowest price I found from a trustworthy seller. The charger requires an adapter for Australia but it was included in the delivery.

Great service, good deals & very good shipping came within the week. Only thing was the phone case I ordered doesn't fit the phone and is very thin and my screen protector didn't come.. otherwise very good.

I was a bit sceptical about purchasing from this site initially but after reading the positive reviews decided I'd take the risk. I'm very glad I did! My phone arrived 8 days after my purchase in perfect condition. I received a great price and i was regularly kept up to date with the progress of my order! I lost $400 for a new Sony phone that I paid for. I have received a phone from Hong Kong but it was faulty and not genuine one. Accessories were faulty and not genuine as well. Two months are gone, no refund, no replacement. Sony support was told “We are not dealing with Becextech company, so we actually not sure where their product is coming from”. So actually No Sony warranty on my Sony phone. Becextech is Hong Kong company and has no physical address or advertised phone number in Australia. Please be warned and to shop elsewhere.

Price is always very competitive even though they were not the cheapest. The customer service is always prompt and the product is excellent, brand new as you can expect. The delivery was about right. I don't mind paying even more than the competitive sites because of reliability and peace of mind. Thanks for the speedy delivery

I'm a first time customer with BecexTech and could not be more impressed. Items are easily researched and found on the site and ordering was almost too easy. My order arrived within 7 business days and was packaged so nicely, I had no worry of damaged product. Everything ordered is as described with no issues. One portion of my order is on backorder (noted when I ordered), but so glad they did not hold my other items until the backorder was received. One note of advice, please be sure to see if your item requires signature so that you don't have to schedule re-delivery through DHL; no one want to wait even an extra hour for our awesome equipment :-)
