I ordered my first camera on Friday morning and got a confirmation e-mail 3 days later, with a tracking number. I was super-nervous, ordering such an expensive item from an unknown store, even though I had checked out about a million reviews.
Early on Tuesday morning, I checked the tracking number and found that my camera was in Perth, three hours drive away! it took the couriers till past 11 am on Tuesday morning to get it to me, but given how slow anything is in Australia, I am super-impressed. My camera was well packed, exactly as described.
I will absolutely order from Becextech again, and am happily recommending you to others.
Thankyou so much for such a professional and friendly service.

Bought a new Phone. Arrived in good order. No issues in any area. As the case and protective covers were not on stock, they sent it as second delivery.
Would recommend for any purchase.

Returns are to sydney (no matter what state you're in). The process took a month. The product came back faulty. BecexTech wanted me to go through the same procedure and never offered to replace the product.

How do they have such a good rating?!

Fantastic company. I’m extremely happy with my purchase!
Price, handling, after sales service (AKA Communication), postage and quality have been exemplary. Price is always very competitive even though they were not the cheapest. The customer service is always prompt and the product is excellent, brand new as you can expect. The delivery was on time. I don't mind paying even more than the competitive sites because of reliability and peace of mind. Keep up the excellent service…!

While they do offer cheap prices, once issues arose, the customer service was terrible. I bought a new phone from them which failed after 2 months, they have now had the phone "in for repair" for over two months (more time that I had it). I never received any updates unless I constantly chased them, and they flat out refused to offer replacements and refunds. After 7 weeks of this I opened a dispute with PayPal to try and get a refund that way. Becextech told PayPal the phone had been repaired and was ready to be sent back, this was an outright lie, after the dispute was closed I asked when the phone would be sent out and was told that it was actually still being
repaired. It took a further 2 weeks before I was told the phone had finally been fixed and then another 2 weeks before they actually sent it back. I am still waiting for the delivery but the the tracking says that it is at least on it's way. My advice is pay that little bit more and get it somewhere else.

This company is second to none. In price, service and honesty.

I bought a smartphone from them, and it failed in a week, however, they were extremely communicative, paid for return shipping, and I had new one in my hands in under two weeks. To put that in to perspective, I had a phone fail that I bought from office works and they took longer than that to let me know they were going to fix it.

Don't be put off by them being located in Hong Kong, their service is just as good if not better than a local shop and you will save literally hundreds on purchases.

Will definitely buy from them again.

interested to hear what you purchased, how long it took to get your goods, the quality of the items and how you missed the plethora of negative reviews and warnings. Did the negative reviews concern you at all?

WARNING, make sure you read BEFORE you consider ordering from this company. Read the T&C's, read all the reviews, especially read the negative ones and see the common thread in the comments before you proceed. Also it would be very wise to read reviews about this company that are not posted on their own website. Be informed before you commit. I have had a very negative experience and would like to warn and prevent anyone else from feeling frustration and doubt. My experience has lead me to believe that this company is highly questionable and dubious. I cannot see this business as reliable, or caring about their customers after the service that I received.

What you see on the website is not accurate. Things to be aware of:
* The company claims to be and advertises as being Australian based but they definitely run the business from Asia.
* My on-line ordering experience was near on disaster and if not for already committing my card details on line, I would have ceased my ordering process with this company and gone elsewhere.
* During the ordering process, there was no mention that the part was not available and would be imported (i.e. Extra days to get the item delivered)
* During the ordering process, there is no mention of delays that will take place beyond the advertisement on the website as; dispatched within 3 days but this is no indication of dispatched to you, it merely means dispatched from Hong Kong in this case.
* The T&C's regarding delivery times do not display at time of ordering for you to be made aware of the delay in receiving your items.
* My on line ordering process looped back 3 times before it submitted correctly and I was concerned there was 3 different orders placed.
* I had subsequently received 3 different invoices for the same order number, this was very concerning!
* I gave negative feedback at the time of ordering and commented re my concern about the 3 orders and to contact me but no one did.
* The freight charges are not based on distance or weight and are fixed at a high price.
* There couriers advertised on the website are Australia Post, TOLL, FedEx, DHL. The courier used is DPEX (an overseas Asian provider) who does not deliver on weekends despite the high freight charges that you have paid.
* If you are paying by Visa Credit card, you will be required to create a Verification by Visa (on the go) AFTER you have committed your credit card details on line.
* During a follow-up process to resolve problems, it was relayed that the company did not have a record of my details despite having send me a number of emails in the previous days.
* Subsequent responses to my requests for response and follow up with the company resulted in nonchalant responses.

Agreed, I can't believe their Australian business account can't be suspended pending investigation of not conforming to consumer laws
