I won't recommend this business as I have been waiting for order for over 40 days and has not been much feedback on how long it will take. when I call just a message said no one in available and the call disconnect. I called on Thursday at 12:45pm.

Poor customer service.

Bad customer service, do not respond to emails or chat msgs, auto phone msg that disconnects - cannot talk to anyone.
Item i purchased advised there was 200 in stock so not sure why its not dispatched yet.
If no response today, will be going to bank to get a refund.
First time using this business, will not be recommending them, or using them again.

Hi Felicity, as checked, you placed your order last Feb 12. Upon checking it is now waiting for courier dispatch. Once picked up it will be delivered 3-5 days as long as there's no delay with the courier

What a joke!!! Beware of this place and if you purchase something after reading the negative feedback, then more fool you.. This place is a pathetic business that does not communicate or reply to emails... Then when called, they say its in the warehouse getting sent later that day... That was 20 days ago!!!! Give me a tracking number then, or better still give me a refund... I honestly cant believe how you are still in business... Unbelievable

We bought a base and mattress on the 23.01.22 and we received the mattress but no base. We have contacted Home Appliances Plus but continually get fobbed off with we will check with the warehouse and never receive any communication. My wife thought they were in Australia seeing it is an 03 Australian number but as I informed her it would be a number they use to fool you into believing they are in Australia, there office and warehouse are in the Phillipines. I don’t know why the Australian government allows this behaviour, we should be able to trust the information we are viewing. Of course we are still trying to receive our base or a refund but true to form we have no resolve. Do not buy from this business unless you like problems.

Ordered a fridge in the Boxing Day sales. I didn’t need it until Feb so I didn’t follow up why I hadn’t received it until Feb.

They responded and advised they didn’t have stock and didn’t know when stock would replenish and asked me what I wanted to do.

I’ve now emailed 3 times and contacted their social media asking for a refund and had NO RESPONSES.

I’ve had to buy a new fridge from elsewhere.

The most disappointing aspect of this is that I wasn’t even upset when they said it wasn’t in stock after almost waiting 2 months for delivery, but the fact they haven’t refunded me straight away after I asked is infuriating me!!

Who are these people.

Based on other reviews, I was concerned about my order not arriving or generally having trouble with the refund procedure. I bought a 98L Devanti Glass Front Bar Fridge, and paid in full on a debit card at time of order. Then I didn't hear from anyone (besides an automated order confirmation, without tracking info). Ordered on Feb 1st 2022, a week went by without any update. I did some research and found some very negative reviews.

However, it was delivered today in perfect condition, exactly 2 weeks after ordering. 2 weeks is pretty typical for something like this, so I am pretty happy. Cannot fault their courier service (Allied Express), well priced, and acceptable lead times. It is obvious they are not locally based, and struggle with communicating. The low service quality is compounded by the poor (and frankly insulting) excuses for delay, such as 'Covid in your area'.

If they had emailed me to say, your order will processed in 1 week, and delivered approximately 1 week later, and updating me with a tracking number during that time, I would be giving them 5 stars.

I would probably order with these guys again, but use PayPal to be safe. My best point of contact was 'Emma Tomas', email:

Ordered 2 Feb #24194. Item listed on website as in stock. Feb 7 advised that there will be delays in delivery due to COVID restrictions in my area - but no con note number (in other words it hasn't even been shipped and they are using COVID as an excuse), Feb 12 "we are pleased to advise you that your order was processed and is currently in our warehouse ready to be dispatched" - still not shipped and no con note.
Clearly the item was not in their stock and they had to order it in. That's the first lie. Then there is the COVID lie. This outfit is not to be trusted,

After receiving a note from the comnpany to "hold my line open" that they would be calling. No call.

But today another email
Your order has been picked up and is currently en route.
However, you might not be able to see any results yet on the tracking page because the courier has not updated their website yet. It usually takes 2-3 working days before an update on the delivery appears on the website.
Due to ongoing COVID restrictions being put in place in different states and natural disasters from time to time, delivery timeframes can be affected and your patience in these cases is appreciated.

Note - no shipping number. in other words still not shipped.

Guys, if you have any decency you will refund my money.

YET ANOTHER DODGY COMPANY TO AVOID. The list seems to be growing...
Ordered and item and since the delivery took more than double the ETA , I moved house during that time and notified them of the change in delivery address. And no surprise, they delivered to the old address and left my items in the rain so that it is now unusable. Also no surprise that they don't answer their phone and don't respond to emails or chat messages. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!
