Ordered on March 9th and website explicitly stated items were in stock and would be shipped within 2-8 business days. 12 days later, I emailed asking if they had been shipped - no response. So 2 days later, I tell them to cancel the order and issue a full refund. They finally respond with a list of excuses ranging from delivery delays due to COVID restrictions (what restrictions?) and staff shortages. They eventually tell me the items had only just come back into stock. After ignoring my request for a refund several times, they offer me store credit and a voucher - laughable that they think I would ever purchase from them again! Doubt they will ever process a refund so I am disputing it with the bank. I have also reported to scamwatch and will be telling anybody who will listen not to buy from these scammers, this is NOT a legitimate business and I am so confused as to how they are still operating online.

Not happy will not order again I ordered a month ago nearly no item pointless now as my daughter will not have the item for her 1st birthday. Communication has been great tho. Item has arrived finally and it's perfect.

Avoid at all costs. Do not buy anything as it is not sent and then they do not give you a refund. Rating of zero is more accurate.

Appalling customer service. Still have had no refund after 6 weeks of non-arrival of my ordered goods. Reassurances about the product being sent or a refund organised never occur.

Terrible company. I ordered a mattress. Said that it would be here within 8 days. No tracking for postage. I have call and there has been no answer. I have emailed no response. I will be lodging a complaint. This is a scam

Wouldn't recommend at all. They say they've processed my order but waiting on tracking number. Waiting and waiting. I guess I'll be requesting a refund then will have to wait for that too. Highly competitive prices.... but that doesn't matter if they don't send your goods!

Shocking service, HAP have had my money for well over a month and are now ignoring my requests for a refund. There is no good reason my refund hasn't been issued.....More lies everyday...... do not buy from Home Appliances Plus!

Purchased on 20/03/2022 and reached out to see when the items would be dispatched, as it was a gift, only to be told it had been processed and they were awaiting the tracking… you would think they would be the ones to provide the tracking number, not be waiting on some mysterious thing to arrange that. I have reached out again for an update, only to be ignored. I have requested my money back, and will be flagging this company as dishonest with my bank. Please do not waste your time or money here.

Ordered two mattresses 9/3. Got an order confirmation and that was it. Radio silence. I emailed and messaged using the chat function multiple times with no response. I lodged through zip pay and finally got a refund. Would hate to think what would have happened if I paid cash/card. They are still selling the mattress on their site so who knows what they are up to. Very disappointed

My order #32609 was delayed and then claimed to be out of stock. I have requested several times for a refund by email but always get the run around and excuses. It has been 4 weeks and still nothing. These people are scammers who are clearly writing their own positive reviews. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
