It is best to communicate via email ([email protected]) and Emma replied promptly and made sure my delivery was attended to immediately.
This is a very good service as delivery is free and prices are very competitive.

Its legit been 3 days off a month of waiting for my item to be sent. Its still not sent..... i asked for a refund but instead got 'we are working very hard to process your order' ive asked for another refund via email and on the chat. See if that gets me anywhere. Extremely unprofessional. If you need the items in a hurry DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Now over a month still no refund and no item however they have told me they are processing a refund so i guess i just have to wait now. They keep offering me gift cards but i will never shop here again.

I will update this when i get my money back.

I’ve been waiting for a desk for the last 3 weeks now. I was originally sent a generic email saying that it would be delayed but have not heard anything since then. I’ve contacted them via live chat multiple times only to be told that it was being processed. I’ve also emailed and tried calling but have not been able to speak with anyone. Products might be cheaper but it’s honestly not worth the hassle

I would recommend this company for sure, very happy with the quality of products that all arrived, delayed a bit but hey the freight was free so if your not in a rush your laughing.
The only thing that is a negative is it doesn't have paypal.

I ordered a trampoline of a very good brand that was heavily marked down. I forgot to check reviews for this website prior to ordering (which I always do but somehow forgot this-if I had read them beforehand I would not have ordered from them but so glad I did in the end). It was only after my order was completed that I checked reviews and freaked out. From what I read the main issues were delay in receiving products and lack of customer support (unless you emailed about your product).

I emailed the main email ([email protected]) straight away about my concerns with shipping. Someone named ’Miggy’ emailed me back quite quickly and was reassuring though did say they have some staffing issues so many shipments are being delayed. After stating that if they were honest about current delivery times (yea definitely not the 2-5 days as advertised) they would have better reviews, I just politely awaited my trampoline.

It arrived yesterday and only a week later than expected (living on the west coast I usually expect at least a week for shipments from the east but usually two weeks if a big product). My trampoline arrived three weeks after I ordered.

I think I would order from them again if the deal was good enough and if I had time to wait for it to arrive. The customer support I received was great though delivery slightly slower than expected.

No phone response, no chat response. I have just sent an email and no automated response saying it was received. Is this a real company. I have waited over two weeks for an order and wonder if this company really exists. It appears they will not be getting return customers looking at the reviews. Very disappointed!!

I felt the need to create an account on Word of mouth to leave this review because of the low rating they have and the good customer service I got from them.

Not everything was perfect, but they did make up for it well.

I was not in urgent need for the outdoor furniture so I totally forgot after I placed the order on the 8 Feb 2021.
I got an automated mail stating the order will be delayed. I was not in a hurry anyway.

I decided to chase them on the 28 Feb since I didn't hear back from them. I got an automated response from them telling the same story about delay due to covid. That's when I decided to look up the company's review and saw some alarming reviews about how they are a scam etc... I really thought I was played here. My doubts got stronger when I called them on the listed number and it didn't go anywhere. But as read in a few comments I tried the facebook support chat and they were responsive and extremely helpful.

One glass top of a table was cracked when I got delivery and they promptly replaced it after I sent them them the photo.

They are NOT a scam ! They have very competitive pricing and have an excellent chat support team.
