They still have my money 3 months after I placed my order I still don’t have the item. Nobody replied to phone calls or emails, no solution has been offered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I’m concerned to buy a product on here because it advertised Afterpay on their website but when I went to purchase this (or any other product), the message came up saying “Afterpay Payment failed: Afterpay is not able to process this order. Please contact the retailer for more information.” This is very strange as I’m a Pulse Member of Afterpay with a perfect record, so it’s nothing to do with me personally. I wrote an email to HAP and tried to call to ask about this, but nobody picks up the call and I’ve only had an automatic response ticket type reply to my email so far. It makes me think that Afterpay have stopped doing trade with them. I then came here and saw about the long wait for items and poor communication from them and am too worried to make a purchase now. Also, I signed up with HAP to get the 10% off first purchase discount code, and they didn’t send it after I verified my account. They may me be legit but these things have stopped me from making my purchase with them,

I totally understand the delays with weather, covid etc. My bar stool arrived safely within reasonable time and I am very happy with the purchase and the service. Whoever replied to my e-mail to Emma, was very helpful, provided tracking details. I am not Emma, I am a legit customer, who purchased bar stool from H.A.P. on 11.02.22 and received the order on 2.03.22. I purchased the bar stool and a week later tried to call H.A.P. and the phone line didn't work. I googled H.A.P. reviews and came to Wordofmouth reviews. I was worried and reading the reviews, I noticed that H.A.P. responded to a few reviews with contact email details. That's how I got Emma's email ( read the February reviews here, look for H.A.P, response) . I am sorry to hear you had bad experience. Mine was smooth.

They do not make customer service a priority. I ordered my son a new mattress for his birthday, almost TWO MONTHS in advance and it took them a month to even give it to dispatch the package from their warehouse. The blames this on covid restrictions in my area. I sent over 3 emails that were ignored, the number on the website just rings out. If you need to contact this company about an order do it on Instagram, at least you can tell when they have left you on read. They gave me a invalid tracking number and I have very high doubts for receiving my order. But for my “trouble” (wasting $150 and my time with this horrible business) they gave me a 10% discount like I would ever want to purchase from them again. Moral of the story, always do your research about a company before you waste your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM H.A.P

Have been chasing a refund for an item purchased earlier this year. Was told the item was sent but no tracking information was given. When I contacted re delivery information, I was told that the item was now not available. I questioned why I was send an email saying that it was being delivered when it was never in stock. I asked for a refund and have been given the run around since.

I have made a dispute with my credit card to reverse the charges but am still waiting.

Edited: I have now received a refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE GOODS THROUGH HOME APPLIANCES PLUS!!!

I have had the exact same issue as this customer! Do not purchase through this company as they will accept your cash and then cease communication. You wont receive your order and will be left trying to call, email, chat via their website with no luck. My order is valued at $700! I am not talking a small amount of money here. This is a lot of money and no one is helping me with my requested refund.

Again, I have had the exact same issue as this customer! There is no customer service team. I have called, emailed, reached out via their chat room and no one will respond to me. I am after my $700 refund for an order placed on 13th January 2022 as I am yet to receive my printer. As soon as I requested a refund they ceased communication with me. The last email correspondence was 3 weeks ago where they were suggesting I purchase a different item in exchange for my printer??!! Why would i want to do that? DO NOT PURCHASE VIA HOME APPLIANCES PLUS!

I placed an order on 29/12/2021 for a garden shed. It stated online that the product was in stock. I received no shipping confirmation email or dispatch information. I followed up via email to be told the product was out of stock and covid was causing delays. I requested a refund and communication ceased. Have call them every few days with “no one available to take your call at this time” as the response.

Have sent follow up emails and still no response as well as attached my phone number and requested call backs. Highly recommend avoiding this website at all cost.

I have had the exact same issue as you! I purchased a $700 colour quality canon printer. I find out weeks later it is not in stock and would I like to exchange for a different item? Very strange request when we're talking hundreds of dollars for something quite specific. I requested my money back and they have since ceased communication with me. There is no excuse for this. It has been 3 weeks since their last email to me so please. H.A.P, don't use your standard excuses around influx of emails. 3 weeks is plenty of time to respond to a customer with an update on their $700 purchase from back in early January. HOPELESS!

If you want to get screwed over then chose Home Appliances Plus. Worst customer service ever with the never ending covid excuse for their bad service. They have had my money now for over three weeks and have not even ‘processed’ my order.
