Despite the recent issues with computers the customer service is always paramount! Very helpful, cheery staff always willing to help!

I am happy with Virgin and never had a problem. They once lost my luggage, they knew where it went and it was couried by taxi (!!) for an hour to get it back to me the next day.
I am happy to pay less and not be fed, but have always found the staff friendly and much better to not have to worry I'll check in 29 minutes before my flight and have to pay for a new ticket!

I always use this airline when i am going away, it is always cheap and the staff are amazing onboard. I would recommend buying tickets from virgin blue as they are always well priced.

I'm glad they offer carbon offsets, but I don't think they take this seriously, since air travel produces huge amounts of greenhouse gases. Still, the only reason I choose them is that they allow bicycles to be carried virtually free of charge (by regarding them as 5kg maximum weight).

virgin blue will never let you down with a good price on an airfare anywhere in australia.Dont forget to get online during the hours of 12 -1 for happy hour specials.Food is standard airline food and we all know what thats like.
