Yeah I have to admit, I don't think I have ever had a bad experience with virgin airlines, I like that everyone gets their own personal TV so you can watch what you want when you like. IT does cost for the tv and any refreshments, food etc, but the price of their flights are usually a lot less than other airlines

I love flying with virgin. I am yet to have a flight where the hosties haven't be helpful with the kids and my stuff. They are great also when my son flies unaccompanied, he always has a heap of fun.

i had an excellent experience on virgin blue airlines. i was able to drink alcoholic beverages mid flight at an inflated price but i thought i may as well pay premium prices for premium service. the girls on the plane were hot as well.

We had a trip to Sunshine Coast with Virgin Blue. The service is quick, easy (internet check in) and the no luggage option is what we need. Love the experience very much

We purchased tickets to GoldCoast for a wrong date and on the same day we mannaged to sort it withouth any additional charges. Customer Service was very helpfull and supportive. They understood us and helped us to change the date for a correct date. Well done on their service.

I normally fly Qantas but have flown with Virgin Blue a couple of times - most recently last week. Generally a very positive experience though disappointing that a flight from Perth in the day time has now meals (only sandwiches and snacks)

Due to a serious accident, the Bruce highway was closed causing us to miss our scheduled flight. We telephoned Virgin and they were aware of the situation.
When we arrived at the airport 2 hours late, they gave us new tickets on a later flight at NO extra charge. The young man at the check in counter was the most helpful and friendly staff I've ever met.WELL DONE.

I always feel safe with Virgin Blue - I like how they present themselves as a company and all flights I've had with them have gone smoothly. The prices are surprisingly reasonable and often compete with the budget airlines. I'll definitely use them again and again.
