Good value for money and easy to book using the website. The e-checkin is good too. I have used them twice before and the flight was delayed on one occasion and got a feeling that the service leaves something to be desired. I asked for some beverage in flight twice and no one got back to me with the beverage...not sure why.

Always easy to book with online, and very happy to travel with them. This is the second time we have travelled to NZ with them and on both occasions it has been pleasurable.

I have flown with all airlines. Virgin blue have nearly always been on time or close to it. Friendly staff that are always their to help. Have looked the other way when i was a kilogram over in weight and still checked my bags in when i was 5mins late. I only travel with virgin now when i can help it. I traveled Christmas day and was half an hour early to my destination and all staff were extremely pleasant even though they were stuck working pleasant day. Thank you virgin blue.

I have taken flights with this airline many times now, and would highly recommend this airline to anybody, not only are they reasonable to cheap flights, ther service is one of the best, not only are the flights usually on time, but the attendants are very efficient.

I was very impressed that virgin blue changed my flight that i had repeatedly rebooked even though it was stated in the terms and conditions that the flight could not be rebooked and the customer service was very friendly.

I love flying with Virgin Blue Airlines. They have happy helpful staff which makes the journey from booking to boarding to flying so much more relaxing and enjoyable. You really start your holiday in a happy frame of mind.I can't find any fault with them and highly recommend them.

Virgin are fantastic, for a low priced airline the service is always excellent. It's well worth joining their free frequent flyer program as well. Seats are comfortable, staff are very much 'on the ball' with information. Like others have said I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with them!
