I, my family and my business have been using Virgin Blue now Virgin Australia since our airline " Ansett " was destroyed by the then liberal government.
We have found them to be an absolute pleasure to deal with at all times as well as being cost effective on the odd time that there has been a hiccup they have been very quick to fix the problem.
We trust them so much that we been sending young children back and forwards to and from Newcastle to their grandparents by then selves with Virgin Blue now Virgin Australia.
With the new changes from budget airline Virgin Blue to now full service airline Virgin Australia I wish them the very best of luck taking it right up to Qantas.

I tend to fly from CANB to ADEL, MELB & BRIS and i'm yet to be dissatisfied with the service delivered by Virgin. I've had fewer delayed flights with Virgin than Qantas and the aircraft are newer. Virgin has yet to lose my baggage whereas Qantas has on two occasions been unable to provide my bags on disembarking the aircraft.

Simple to access via the Internet available flights and helpful staff at the airport. Like new check-in system, but terrible and cramped leg space for taller passengers. The planes often needed a good clean, but the price is cheaper than other airlines.

Cheap, simple and plain. Somehow the staffs in the plane was friendly and fine but the plane itself seem old like nosiy and smelly. Sometime the flight fly is good sometime fly wasnt good. so i would say half to half but the price is not that alot cheaper than other business.

I now only ever fly with Virgin. Any employees I have had dealings with, from the luggage desks assistants to the flight attendants, have always been professional and polite. Their aircraft are always immaculate and seating is comfortable. You will find a great range of food and drink options on board and also inflight movies on longer flights. Pricing has always been extremely reasonable for what you get.

I have flown Virgin Blue several times and have always had good experiences with them. The planes seem more roomier then Jetstar and the service is good. They have a good reasonably priced inflight menu.

I've traveled on a fair few domestic flights with Virgin, and I love them. Their flight attendants are always helpful and immaculately groomed, the seats are comfortable, and there is a great range of snack options available on the plane.

travelled on virgin a few times with familiy and really like them. the value is good staff are nice terminal in sydney.

I would rather fly with Virgin than anyone else. The service is friendly & entertaining. The prices are fantastic if you can book at the right time. Have flown with others but none compare.

Always fly with Virgin. Best service have never had a problem flying with them internationally or domestically.
