Only issue that I have ever had was with the Velocity points, had some problems with the call centre, however they got it shorted in the end even got a call from one of the managers to tell me how sorry they where that I had any problems. If you can use some of your points to get gold status well worth it.

Virgin are fantastic! i now only fly virgin as they constantly offer great services, competitive prices and in-flight entertainment. Staff are always friendly and highly professional, yet funny and relaxed. I have never had a bad experience flying virgin.

I have never had a bad experience flying with Virgin Blue. The staff are well trained, polite and very attentive with the children. The seats are comfortable and the onflight service is good. The onflight range of food could be improved however you don't expect 5 star dining on a budget airline.

Every time that I fly Virgin I am reminded to why I continue to fly with them. The staff are always friendly and polite, yet know how to have fun. Something that is missing from other airlines.

This is a great airport. I always fly with them as they aren't expensive and they give great service. I never have to line up for long. It didn't cost much when I flew down to Sydney.
