friendly staff, so helpful with my kids, the only downside the whole flight was the seat allocations that decided to separate our 4 year old from us. Luckily we had amazing cabin crew to sort us out

I have flown with Virgin Blue a couple of times and have no complaints. Staff were very friendly, planes on time . I have joined their loyalty program as I'm know I will use them in the future

Safe, clean, efficient and cheap. You really do get what you pay for... they seem to have a much lower tarmac priority (6 of my 12 flights this year have had minor delays) and they are not as flexible as Qantas for missed flights. As for a health and safety perspective, it seems irresponsible that they don't offer free water.

Personally I like having the choice of paying for what I want, but Qantas really doesn't cost that much more if you enjoy the niceties.

You always get great service with these guys, I like the idea someone else had to provide water, especially if security stops you from taking a bottle of water on board.

I found the check in service exceptional, easy to buy tickets for flights. Smooth boarding wonderful smooth flying :) takes a good pilot for take off and landings to be smooth. Catering could provide water in a cup without charge for their passengers would be my only criticism. Flights were on time and efficient. Virgin blue provided very good service and value for money. I have flown with Virgin Blue few times I loved it every time.

I have flown a couple of times with Virgin Blue, once with an infant, and I thought that they provided great, friendly service and they go above and beyond, especially when it comes to children flying unaccompanied. An unaccompanied minor was on one of my flights and they really looked after the child well, constantly checking on the child and providing him with everything that he needed. They really do provide fantastic service

We have flown with children on Virgin, and they are great with them. We flew to the Whitsundays, and they were nothing but professional the entire flight!! I have also flown to Melbourne with them and they were also hospitable then as well. Can't complain.

overall virgin blue was a great experience their prices could be cheaper. But we got a to b and b to a very safely. my family had a wonderful experience

The first time I traveled in a plane was with Virgin Blue and if ever I was to go up in another plane it would be with them. The trip home I felt more at ease and was able to enjoy the flight. The crew were fantastic.
