Had to fly to Sydney at the last minute, and Virgin were about $50 cheaper than the other airlines. Only complaints are that the on board food was expensive, and the flight time was half an hour less than stated, so I had to wait for my mum once I got to Sydney. Cabin was clean, staff were friendly. Check-in kiosks are fantastic!

I have always used virgin for their cheap flights. My partner and I flew over to Adelaide for $9 each plus $2 tax. I always looked out for cheap flights and its worth it. The crew are friendly enough and you can always bring food onto the plane if you don't want to pay for it on board.

I have always experienced great service by Virgin Blue. Our flights have always been on time and staff have been courteous and well groomed. Any questions have been answered without any problems.

Overall, I have been pretty happy with Virgin Blue. I have been delayed on the occasion, but no worse than any other airline. They always have friendly staff and I have been pleased with the service onboard. I very much appreciate Velocity rewards and choose to fly with them to earn rewards.

I have been travelling with this company for quite a few years, and thoroughly recoomend them, as they come through rain hail or shine, and always seem to get us to our destination on time, or near enough.We love the service online and front line at the airport. The staff are very friendly and quick to serve.

I have flown with V Australia twice now. Their flight attendents were helpful, polite and cheerful. The entertainment provided mostly consisted of newly released movies and music since i was travelling overseas.

They have such good deals. Last time they had their birthday sale, booked using their buy one take a friend for free sale. Was such good value. Kids under 2 can fly for free. Such great value. But their site tends to crash when they have these sales so got to be quick!

very happy with virgin. cheap. effective. gets you there for sooo cheap. friendly staff. easy to use. book online. they have nice uniforms. they fly most places. can be delayed. can have problems. when nothing goes wrong its great. if something goes wrong they think well we are cheap, so they wont give you another flight if you miss a connecting flight because they stuffed up or the fit\rst plane is running late. they wont refund ur money. quantas would try and make up for it and make u happy. but tey cant cos they run so cheap. its a risk im willing to take. i wouldnt if it was an importnat business metting or something.

I flew Virgin from Sydney to Melbourne on the 14th October.
Changed my booking several times with no problem. Check in was also a breeze.
I loved the value for money and great service I experienced. The hostess even managed to pronounce my name right!
When we left in Melbourne a lady fell down the stairs and this air hostess caught her, saving her from a nasty face plant on the tarmac and god knows what. Now that's service & care!!!!!
Will definately fly Virgin again if they are all like this!
