Good airline to fly with. Not worried as much about dodgy maintenance practices like Qantas does. Their web site (like all Australian airline's web sites) is difficult to use and very confusing for older people.

I love flying with Virgin, have flown with them many times without any problems at all. They have always been on time & I love the web checkin which means no waiting in line at the airport. They have a great rewards program where your points never expire.

I took my two sons and my mother on their first flight and my first flight for many years. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. We have a very pleasent flight and could not have asked for better for their maiden voyage.

I prefer flying with Virgin Blue. They put in the extra effort to really make you feel like someone they care about. There also seems to be more leg room which is very important for me.

Recently used this airline (for the first time) to go to Broomw with the family. Awesoe experience. Excellent service, understanding the needs of children and that children scream. Would definately use again and again.

Virgin are always a reliable airline. They are cheap and provide much better service than Jet Star or Tiger airways. Unless work pays for me (and then I fly Qantas) I will fly with Virgin every single time.

Was a very straightforward and simple flight. Loved the staff though, they really know how to take care of passengers. I booked my flight online and loved how simple the process was. WOuld've liked it if they had free to watch videos or radio like Quantas
