The flight left melbourne on time and arrived on the gold coast on time. The staff were great and friendly and could not to enough for you. This company were very happy to take my golf clubs for no cost.

i'm always happy to fly virgin blue. the staff are helpful, the flights are reasonabally priced and i especially like how they are about excess baggage, not charging extra fees.

Everytime i fly virginblue, i think it's always underrated. Ppl complaint about the service and the price. But nothing's perfect ~yet. Virginblue has a great balance of value for money and great customer service. I will never hesitate to fly virginblue.

I regularly fly between Adelaide and Sydney and have always found the service to be great. Virgin also offers a good variety as far as their scheduling goes with alot of flights to choose from all day long. I also have a young son and they are a great help with assisting me all during the flight when I am flying by myself with him.

I like that with Virgin, you get what you pay for. I have managed to save a lot of money by travelling Virgin. The "pay as you consume" culture is fabulous, because really, why pay for things you're not interested in? I really like that the staff are fun and a little outlandish.

when I got a flight perth to melbourne, I was so sick I spend most flight in toilet, when we arrived I was given no help departing plane, I ended up collapsing and my daughter-in-law had who met me had to call an ambulance, was disapointed not to be asked if i needed help

Always have a laugh and a joke with staff, I have never caught a late flight with them. Web check in really easy to complete and also booking on line
