VIRGIN BLUE AIRLINES. i'VE NEVER HEARD SO MANY GREAT STORIES OF THIS AIRLINE SERVICE. MY MOTHER USES IT QUITE FREQUENTLY AND BOASTS HIGHLY OF THE STAFF. LOOKING FORWARD TO USING THIS SERVICE ONCE MY FINANCES IMPROVE TO HAVE A HOLIDAY.

Plane was very late! It prevented us from getting to a wedding on time in Sydney. No refund was given for the delay in order to catch another airline's plane to make it in time, no compensation for all the trouble caused at all.

it was a pleasant flight and the service was very fast and efficient. however the fact that you have to pay for everything once you are on the plane is a downside. i recommend bring your own entertainment food and drink on to the plain

Affordable flights, friendly staff & the option of in-flight entertainment. Also you can earn points through velocity membership everytime you fly, & cash them in for flights or rewards - ie vouchers. Love it!

I have travelled with Virgin Airlines several times and always found their staff to be quite helpful and friendly. I guess you never like the squishy seats and lack of leg room, but when you get cheap flights I guess you can't be choosy. I think access to the onboard televisions / movies should be included as part of the cost of flying rather than an extra. I can understand the food being extra if you want it, but the screens are all there anyway and I imagine don't cost anymore to use. They have daily flights from Townsville back to my home city of Sydney which is great as there are always many flights to choose from. Happy hour on their website is also a great thing for picking up a bargain flight.

I had to fly to Sydney with Virgin BLue recently and i actually found it quite enjoyable. It was a smooth ride, great staff members, good food. The only downfall would be you have to pay to watch tv on the little screens but other than that GREAT.

had quite a few delays with them traveling Perth to Adelaide...but the staff were very friendly and supportive. The seats are fairly comfortable if you're not to large. Overall a nice experience!

great flight, warned us for turbulence and very friendly happy staff. make you feel at ease and constant flowing service, food and drinks although not complimentry still good. provide headsets for music and tv, tv screens in back of headseats great for kids. cheap flight prices too
