Virgin Lounge is great (props up the service star by a star) friendly, great deals, had no luggage problems, always been on time for me, great staff. plenty of room in seats, pay per view is good too.

No communication, cancellations without notice and a load of yobs on board. Not a pleasant experience at all so its back to Jetstar for us. Only good thing was the price.

Flew to Brisbane, Queensland (goes to show god has a sense of humour, makes a beautiful place like Queensland, then goes and fills it with Queenslanders!) on Jetstar and flew back to Darwin on Virgin Blue. EVERYTHING about Virgin Blue was better than Jetsar, with the exception of price. Virgin Blue was $10 more. Well worth it in my opinion.

Approximate cost: $150

Cheap airfares and friendly service. For the traveler on a budget this is a great choice. They have pay as you go services so you can still get movies, food and drinks , which as you can choose to have these or not they are reduce the price of the airfare and they have friendly staff to serve you.

Approximate cost: $400.00

Caught flights here from adelaide to melbourne, the service experienced was pleasant but nothing to ring home about I guess you cant expect too much from a budget service but at least the delays weren't major.

Approximate cost: $80.00

The plane was clean and the service was great. The luggage rate was less than other cheap airlines and I appreciated that after a shopping trip to Melbourne! I also liked that I was able to have space in my own seat.

I prefer Virgin Blue to any other local airline. It always offers flights to most popular distentions and tickets are relatively cheap (if you lucky). For "no frills" airline it's really good

Approximate cost: $90

Virgin Blue were a great help. Had not problems with them helping me at all. I am disabled and the care and attention was just fantastic. They helped me on the plane via wheelchair and a fork lift.

Virgin Blue Airlines usually have cheap tickets. Their seating is comfortable and their food is average. I would recommend dealing with Virgin Blue Airlines. 5 stars.
