Really good cheap airline... very nice firendly staff... lots of sales and pricing very good.. use main terminal destinations a lot.... flexible and helpful

Booked online, had my flight itinerary within minutes of booking, cheap as flight. Quick check in, lady at the desk was kind and proffesional, made sure everything was in order. Quick through security, free headpphones given out for the inflight entertainment (foxtel - decently priced). Flight attendants were well presented and professional. Made me feel comfortable as I am a little funny about flying when it's been a while.

Approximate cost: $I went from bris to melb for $90 (incl all other charges)

Book in advance, and take advantage ofpretty good airfares. The availablility of inseat Foxtel video entertainment was well enjoyed by my young children, and the $4.90 cost was reasonable based upon the cheap airfares. The crew were entertaining, the aircraft brand new with a reasonable amount of legroom, and both flights left on time and arrived on time. Can't ask for anything more than that!

They are a good cut price airline for personal trips - wouldnt use them for business not good enough service.....basic offering though the best of the cheapies....

I was very impressed, they have great service, never seem to have as many delays friendly staff, and decent space. It makes flying a lot better especially when you have young children to entertain etc

Virgin Blue is great! I love the easy to use Web check in, so we can do it at home and pick the seats we want. We can do it at the airports too with the self-check-in stands, it's so much smoother for a regular flyer. I don't check in any bags so I can pretty much arrive 15 minutes before the flight and it's all good.

I have never ever had a bad experience flying with Virgin. They are always on time and the crew are always helpful. They aircrafts are being upgraded to include live 2 air foxtel and I have their blue room lounge.

The staff have a fun and friendly attitude, great if you're travelling with kids. Flights seem to be on time and great value for money, especially when you travel a lot.

The price was right and the service was great , might be a cut price airline but the service i rec was on a par with any other airlines.
Now that they have pay per view foxtel to watch the time now flys by so to speak
