While I have moved and have a great local chemist, this is still the Chemist I go out of my way to go to. The prices are simply too good. The service is friendly, though it can be very busy so pick your times if you need your prescription quickly (otherwise you will roam the aisles and buy more things!).

I really like this store- it's so useful and handy! I always find what I need at a great price, and often other things as well. Fantastic for parties, drama costumes and props, craft and general living knick-knacks. And for a discount store the quality is surprisingly decent. The staff, while not super friendly, are amiable. It's also well stocked.

Amart's are interesting stores to go to as the range is so variable (i.e. lot of stock of only 1 size and never the same thing again), however, at this store I found I was able to get what I wanted and, most importantly, found the staff really friendly and helpful.

I've given this business five stars simply because it makes me happy shopping here for gifts. The lady is so friendly and helpful and the merchandise is a pleasure to go through. There is also a range of what I would call Christian faith-friendly, which is handy if you haven't got time to get a gift from one of the few Christian stores in Brisbane. Some great cards too, which is handy. Often some good bargains out the front.

I dont like giving negative reviews but consistently I can never find the DVD I want at this store. The location is convenient but the range is not. There is a limited number of the new releases so that you often cant get access to the one you want (on normal weeknights). There are very few older movies, so if you want an old classic dont come here (try Kippa Ring Video Ezy btw). There is a good range of the new weeklies so if you're in that zone, its fair. The service is also fine and the store is well presented. However, as I've come here a few too many times only to go away empty handed, I often dont come anymore.

Gone here a couple times. Standard fish n chips- tastes fine, not amazing. Maybe a little more expensive than you'd expect. Appropriate service and doesnt take too long. Lots of people go there. Convenient location.

Friendly service. Food is standard Indian- tasty but we found our chicken a bit dry, though there was plenty of it!- the sauce that went with it was good. Nice but not amazingly flavoursome naan. Enormous samosa and tasty- could make a meal out of the two in our entree. So value for money great! I would go back for the value for money.

Approximate cost: $14.50

Both I and my flatmate have found our experiences at this chemist to be really positive. Helpful and genuinely friendly. When you're feeling sick this is a real plus. Can find what you need quickly. Plus, really handy location.

The atmosphere here used to be really good, with great friendly service, but it really depends on the hairdressers. The more experienced ones are great, but it would be better if the younger ones learnt how to talk appropriately to people over 25. When my experienced hairdresser left, it wasn't the same, and the cut wasn't as good, so now I go elsewhere. However, the value is good and generally the quality of cuts was as well.

This review is for The Shingle Inn, North Lakes QLD

First off, I love Shingle Inn cakes. They have been a treat from the first time I went to the original city store. Also had good experiences at Indooropilly. North Lakes, however, has let the brand down. Not impressed with the service at all. One of the most negative experiences I've had. Generally stuffed around and then patronized by what seemed to be poorly trained staff (can understand a trainee's errors, but not from a supervisor). And on the value rating: who charges extra for a box? It should be shown in the price- because obviously you're not going to take the cake home without it! They didn't really seem to care when I raised this, and overall gave me a strong impression of not caring whether they had my business. As a result I haven't gone back. (Now if I want a good cake, I go to the Sugar Deli!)
