We recently stayed here on a family trip to Cairns.
All phone enquires were handled very well before we arrived, check in was a breeze and all staff were very friendly and knowledgeable (where supermarkets were etc).
The facilities were clean and well kept. The pool was lovely and clean and well maintained.
Perhaps the only downer is that there is no lift but with the complex only being 3 storey's it wasn't hard to get around (and we were on the third floor).
We had a family unit for 3Adults and 2children and there was enough room. We weren't really there to hang out in the rooms though. There is the usual kitchen with fridge/toaster etc and a good size bathroom.
There is a BBQ for patrons to use and a couple of undercover tables. There is also a laundry and toilet/shower located close to the pool.
All in all a very pleasant place to stay within easy reach of the esplanade, shopping & the main attractions. We walked everywhere!
I would definately stay there again!

A nice place to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
Great outdoor seating on big grounds so plenty of room to breathe and the kids to wander in full sight.

The state ' the best coffee in Warrandyte' and according to someone in my group who had a skinny latte, it was very very good! My girls enjoyed the baby chino's and marshmallows, my iced coffee was great - real coffee and no cream! Also on our table was a pot of tea that was leaves not bag so also very good.

Service was ok....a bit slow; they were busy but for the space and the amount of tables and it being a beautiful spring Sunday one would expect enough staff on hand.

Table service, tables inside and outside and lovely shady grounds.

A very plesant afternoon tea experience.

Handy medical centre with a good number of doctors.
The service from admin was lovely over the phone and in person.
Didn't have to wait long and the waiting room was clean and tidy.

Good parking and access to service.
Pharmacy on-site (almost in waiting room) which is super super handy. Especially with kids....when you are sick or you've got sick kids the last thing you want to do is get in and out of the car again and drive to a chemist.

They bulk bill and have great extended hours.

Very convenient all round.

Nice little cafe that we have been to a couple of times.
Lovely staff and good honest service.

Great range; coffee and chai both good.
Tasty vanilla slice today!

Seating inside and out (with umbrella's for shade should you need it)
No eftpos - there is a CBA ATM across the road though.

Usually easy parking out the front.

An excellent experience and well worth a visit.

lots of animals, great enclosures, easy to get around and a really great family environment.
We loved the elephants and butterfly house the best!

Pack lunch and snacks; there is food and drink there but is
pricey.

As with all zoo's it can be expensive to take the family but kids are free on weekends/ public/ school holidays. Of course it's quieter during the week but the great initiative of making free time means that its more affordable for families.

Pretty good parking and a good, reasonable priced shop.

Take your kids - they'll love it! and you will too ;)

An absolutely divine little lolly shop.
A visit is a must to really appreciate the atmosphere and all that it has to offer.
I'm not sure who gets the most enjoyment from the shop, my children or myself??!

A wide range of lollies and treats, australian and international, to cater for all even diabetic, coeliacs and other diarty restrictions.

Well priced....the only problem is deciding what to buy!

Street parking out the front. Lovely and helpful staff.

A really good quality vet.
We used this vet for many years and have only had to find a new one as we have moved.
We saw them for many years with a couple of different dogs and they are great with different temperaments.

They don't muck around and are thorough and on the ball with what ever is going on.
They are what I would call averagely piced for a vet meaning that all vets seem expensive however I don't feel that this one inflates the price.

They were very kind and respectful when we had to have our dog put down.
A small clinic, it always feels warm and inviting.

I believe they also offer puppy playgroup and cat adoptions.

The best Laksa I've ever had!!!!!
Delicious, great value and delicious (oh sorry did I already say that??!!)

Do your self a favour and on your next trip to the Adelaide Central Markets grab a laksa for lunch or dinner.

I prefer the seafood Laksa but I believe you can get a chicken and a mixed (seafood and chicken). The large is a good size and fills up most people I know. Can be a little spicy but it's not too hot.
The hokkien noodles are also delicious! Sorry but as these two dished are so good I have never, in the 10 or so years I have been going there, tried anything else on the menu.

Wash it down with a singa (from the drinks shop) and you are on a winner!!
