This review is for Cooper's Handmade Pie Shop, Yarrawonga VIC

Coopers Handmade pie shop would have to be one of the best places to buy pies in the whole of Australia. Their pies are so delicious. My favourite pie would have to be their country style lamb and vegie pie which was voted No 1 by herald sun. My second favourite would have to be the beef, bacon, onion and cheese pie. They sell a large range of pies and pastries as well as sandwiches, chips, light breakfast and hot breakfast, toast and breads and cakes. You can have take away, outdoor seating or sit inside. As well as all the food they also sell drinks and the most beautiful coffee. They make cakes to order for all occasions. The thing i love most about Coopers is that everything is homemade and all ingredients is either local supply or homegrown. None of their items have preservatives or additives which i find is good. Their pies average around $5-$7 which i think is well worth the money. The staff are very nice and friendly.

i went to barrats last year looking for a children's book on how to play the piano for my daughter. The man that served me was extremely helpful and showed me a huge range of music books for beginners. He also recommended a piano note sheet which goes on the piano so my daughter would know which note is which. The man wasnt pushy and didnt try to get us to buy anything like a lot of places to do. He just recommended what he thought would be best and let us have time to decide. After deciding to buy the book and the note sheet the staff member wrapped it so my daughter wouldnt see what it was when i got back home. I thought this was really nice of him as he didnt have to. while looking around I did notice a lot of the musical instruments were very expensive but the quality looked very good. The store was well stocked and a reasonable size shop

This review is for Quick Fix Shoe Repairs, Kings Meadows TAS

i have been to quick fix a fair few times over the years to have keys cut and also to buy gifts from them. They sell a small range of gift ware including glasses, pewter flasks, watches, keyrings and a few other items which can be engraved for a little extra. They also repair shoes as well as handbag repairs. They will repair your shoes while you wait if they are not to busy or give you a time and day to come back. I have always found the man very nice and always cheerful. I found him to be the cheapest place in launceston to get keys cut and if you need more than one cut there is a discount for 2 or more.

This review is for Melbourne Aquarium, Melbourne VIC

When we went to the aquarium a few years back I didnt think it was worth the price we paid to get in. My daughter liked looking at the stingrays and loved watching the seahorses. It only took us an hour to go through the whole aquarium...we were expecting to be there the whole day from what we had heard from other people that had gone there. So was a bit disappointed. It works out very costly for a family to go and i especially didnt like the fact you had to go through the shop to get out of the aquarium. I did find the staff extremely helpful and very friendly.

I first shopped here at the start of this year. I went in there to look at a school uniform for my daughter as she was starting a new school so had to buy a whole uniform. The staff were so helpful and patient with us. They werent like most shops that will try and get you to buy something whether you needed it or not. The lady spent a good half hour with us while my daughter tried on all the uniforms. then explained that they offered lay-by and that we really only needed to get summer uniform to start with and that they stock both winter and summer uniforms all year around. As well as selling school uniforms they sell children's, womans, mens clothing and also suits. The prices for their school uniforms are pretty decent but their other clothing is a little bit expensive. They do have a few clearance racks out the front that you can pick up so good bargains. The store is quite large and well set out.

This review is for Shiploads, Cambridge TAS

I have only been to shiploads once but i was like a child on Christmas morning. I honestly did not know where to start. There was so much cheap stuff. I was zipping back and forth grabbing stuff everywhere. My friend kept telling me to go up and down one aisle at a time but i couldnt help myself i kept seeing something cheap. I loved shopping here. By the time i finished i had a trolley over flowing with stuff and was so surprised at how little it cost me. For what i had in my trolley it would have cost me double in a normal supermarket if not more. The store was big, well stocked and clean. I didnt find the staff to be very helpful but the cheap prices made up for that. I could spend hours here shopping.

This review is for A Little Piece Of Heaven, Campbell Town TAS

We have been going to this lolly shop for years. It is my daughters favourite lolly shop. We have to stop here every time we go through Campbell town. The lollies are a bit more expensive than other shops but they have a better range and variety than a lot of other places. I love their adult novelty section where they sell chocolates in the shape of adult body parts...to put it the nice way. I think these a great for a funny presents for friends. As well as lollies they also sell valhalla ice cream in over 40 flavours. My favourite flavours would have to be boysenberry, macadamia and rocky road...yummo. The icecreams arent to bad in price either, from what i can remember from last trip it cost me $4.60 for 2 huge scoops in a waffle cone. What i like the most about the store is that they cater for all ages not just kids. You go in there intending only spending so much but always end up spending a lot more. The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful.

Gourleys would have to be one of the best lolly shops in Tasmania. Alll their lollies are Tasmanian made and are made onsite. The smell when you walk through the door is just devine. Your mouth automatically starts to water. I love that they sell all the old time favourites as well as some of the newer kind. The lollies are a little bit more expensive than normal shops but they are by far better quality. The staff a always nice and let you look around at your own leisure but will help if asked. I love their aniseed rocks

This review is for Pirates Treasure House, Yarrawonga VIC

I really enjoy shopping in pirates treasure house looking for bargains. They sell a huge range of household items, clothes, lollies, gifts, crafty stuff, pet care and lots more. The staff arent very helpful and can be a bit rude when you ask them a question but the bargains that you can get here make up for that. I recently brought a whole heap of halloween decorations at a fraction of the cost it would have cost to buy them in other stores. The store is very overstocked so it is always cramped and a bit untidy.

I went in here for the first time today as my daughter had one a $25 gift voucher for there. I was in for a big shock. There was not one thing she could buy with the $25. Cheapest thing we found was a pair of thongs which were $40. They have a clearance store next door which had heaps of cheap discounted clothes but we couldnt use the voucher there. I was a bit annoyed about that as it didnt say anything on the voucher about not being allowed to use it at the clearance store.
The store sells surf, street and skate wear. Most of there brand are the good brands like billabong, roxy, dc,ripcurl and lots more. They sell clothes, swimwear, bags, hats and shoes. The store is very small and can get a bit squishy when a few people in there. the staff let you browse at your own leisure but arent very helpful when asking a question
