My comments are in relation to the service i have recently received from Optus. I have no problems with the value for money or the quality of the product. Recent interactions in relation to my account have left me a little disapointed, the waiting time and constate being changed from operator to operator to see if anyone has a clue on how to assist me really got on my nerves.

Food quality has really fallen away in my last few visits, young staff are very and seem uninterested. Restaurant appearance is very untidy, messy and there are always food and untidy trays etc not cleaned up.

Rode Road Meats is a wonderful butcher. The quality of the meat is great. Extreamly helpful staff always willing to leand a hand. I visit every week, i would not go anywhere else.

Great night out. Wonderful food and superp service. Good location and frendly staff. Quick food delivery considering how busy the resturant was. Will definately be returning.
