My solicitor was very considerate and sympathetic towards my situation.

First time at Perth steam works, was very nervous about going to such a place. Guy at reception was very helpful, explained what to do and everything.
Was very quiet when i went but going again on Thursday for there 'exposed' evening ( no towels allowed) hopefully a lot more action and some fit younger guys

Honestly I would not recommend ING direct. Opened Orange everyday account to get a $100 Bonus. Not received. Surprisingly Bank account could be opened with no ID details Just a Name and a DOB

The staff can seem a bit impersonal
To them you are just another customer
You do not see them smiling or enjoying their work
The lack of enthusiasm is contagious

As far as technology goes this bank gets 5 on 5
The bank is good on Systems APPS and technology
Just needs to learn to be better with People
The teller will refer you to the ATM at every opportunity and tell you that there is a fee for depositing or withdrawing at the counter . Something other banks wont do

If the ATM breaks down then you are stranded and get charged a fee for withdrawing or depositing at the teller and then have to argue with the staff to reverse the fee because it wasn't your fault.

The service is quite satisfactory. I find the dentist quite often very non pushy and tries to do his best.
Visits to the Dentist are not very exciting So I cant whinge.
